BTS's festa yesterday crushed me so here's some angst to make everyone even more depressed :')
In all honesty though, as long as the members are happy with their choice and truly feel like this is the best for them at the moment then it's absolutely fine. We will all support them no matter what and when they come back together they will be back even stronger than before so there is really no point in feeling down. I only wished they didn't have to feel so pressured to the point of holding this back for so long. I just wish them all the best <3

For as long as he could remember, having Taehyung by his side was a necessity, something that had grown to be so unbelievably obvious like the oxygen that filled his lungs. Because Taehyung was like that. Before Jimin knew it, the blue haired boy had become the biggest, most important part of his life.
He cannot remember a time where his world wasn't 'Jimin and Taehyung' or 'Taehyung and Jimin'.
Best friends one day, enemies the other. Shy smiles thrown during shared classes, touchy hands shamelessly reaching without restraint. Icy glares through temporary fits of rage, soft irises staring deeply into each other's hearts. It was always like that. One way or another, they were always bound by this invisible string that made it impossible to rip apart.
Jimin trusted Taehyung with his whole life and if it ever came to it, he knew the same went the other way around. Never had he had any reason to doubt his soulmate, the person who swore as their pinkies found each other to always be there for him, for better or for worse.
Their bond was one that they learned how to treasure, one that as they grew older, realized just how much it meant to both of them. Slowly, it grew into something more, inevitably so, as their hearts melted into one and their heartbeats sinked with one another to form a single beat. They were one, and they would always be one.

"I'm not... I'm not the kind of person you think I am, Jimin." Taehyung's usually sunny voice doesn't seem to shine as brightly when he says it, blue strands falling over his eyes as he stares down at the floor under his feet.
Jimin sits right beside him, glancing from Taehyung's side profile to his rigid posture, searching for a sign of untruthful behavior. He doesn't find any.
"What do you mean by that, Tae?" He asks, voice low and gentle.
He catches a glimpse of the boy's eyes as he slowly tilts his jaw back up. The sight leaves Jimin speechless. As the blood that runs hot in his veins, red irises peak through the curtains of blue, timidly staring back at him.
He opens his mouth to say something – anything, but his throat clogs up and the breath in his lungs gets stolen by unseen forces. Then, he sees them. The white, pearly teeth that grow into long fangs.
He jumps back. His feet get caught in a fold in the carpet and he falls down to the floor.
"Jimin–" Taehyung's voice reaches for him.
"Stay away!" He shouts, slowly crawling back.
The sharpness of his tone stings his soulmate; he sees Taehyung flinch, red eyes gradually turn back to their original brown as they look away guiltily.
No... I don't want this.
"Jimin, please just let me–"
My heart aches. "Stop! Don't come any closer!" My head hurts.
