Jonas is in his home in North Capitolio District, malapit sa boundary ng Escoda City at ng Escoda Province. Right now, he's busy in his school project. Pero, namomroblema siya sa funds ng project niya.

He decided to call a friend for help.

Lauren's phone is ringing and vibrating on her study table. Gumagawa si Lauren ng thesis niya sa dorm niya, at siya lang ang mag-isa doon dahil may klase sina Brielle at umalis si Trixie. Nakita niyang tumatawag si Jonas.

"Woah. Napatawag yata itong si Jonas? Ano kayang meron?" Lauren curiously said to herself. So, she answered Jonas's call.

"Good afternoon, ate Lauren." Jonas said as soon as Lauren answered the call.

"Hello and good afternoon, Jonas! Anong sa atin?" she asked.

"Ate, are you free today?" Jonas asked.

"Eto, naggagawa kasi ako ng thesis ko, pero pagkatapos nito eh wala na akong gagawin. Bakit?" Lauren said whilst typing on her laptop.

"Ate, can we meet po? Nasa dorm ka po ba?" Jonas asked again.

"Oo, nasa dorm ako. Ako lang magisa dito ngayon. Saan mo gusto magmeet?" Lauren asked.

"Sa labas na lang po ate ng campus ninyo. Or doon po tayo sa coffee shop ni Helena sa Greater District. Kayo po, anong suggestions niyo?"

"If ever, dito na lang sa malapit sa campus. Wala eh, hindi ako pwedeng lumayo lalo na't may ginagawa akong thesis." Lauren replied.

"Sure thing po. Second option ko po ay doon na lang po tayo sa malapit sa campus niyo. May bagong bukas po na Coffee Project po dyan sa Kahunari, na malapit sa back entrance ng campus niyo." Jonas said.

"O sige. Doon na lang. Dala ko ang bike ko pagpunta ko dyan." Lauren explained.

"No worries ate. Salamat sa pagrespond ate!" Jonas said with a smile.

"No problem, Jonas! I'll be waiting for you ah." Lauren said, and turned off the call. After the call, Lauren took her S-Works bike and went to Kahunari Street, the street where the back entrance of the Escoda campus is located.

Pagdating sa campus, nakita niya na nakapark sa tapat ng Coffee Project si Jonas. Jonas stepped down from his BMW 7 Series car.

"Hi Jonas! Kamusta?" Lauren said, and she hugged her former SSG co-officer.

"I'm good, ate! Salamat sa pagsagot sa paanyaya ko po." Jonas smiled.

"Wala yun! Ano bang paguusapan natin?" Lauren asked as she was parking her bike.

"I need your help ate sa project ko po." Jonas replied.

"Sure. Tara, pasok muna tayo sa Coffee Project." Lauren said, and finally, they went in the coffee shop. Jonas ordered large iced mocha for them. Umupo sila malapit sa bintana.

"Ate, sa totoo lang po, nahihiya akong lumapit po sa inyo." Jonas said.

"Hindi ka na iba sa akin. Ano bang maitutulong ko?" Lauren asked.

"Ate, ang totoo niyan, kinulang kami ng pondo para sa short film project namin. Gusto ko pong humingi ng tulong for financial. Pwede po ba akong umutang ng kahit magkano para matuloy na po ang shoot namin?" Jonas requested.
