oh no
i've fallen into the trap again
i always stay up on my phone, all night, every night
"i'll sleep at 1, that's final" i said
then the clock strikes 2,
then 3,
then 4
then 5,
again and again
only will i sleep when i see the beam of light under the curtain
with the birds and chickens chirping, waking others to get up to a bright day
as the early morning replaces my evenings
