𝙼𝚈 𝚃𝚄𝚃𝙾𝚁 [ᴄᴏᴍᴘʟᴇᴛᴇᴅ]

𝙲𝙷𝙰𝙿𝚃𝙴𝚁 𝟷𝟺

My mum found a college for me and I got accepted straight away.  It's the only one I got accepted into and I have to be thankful because not many people get an opportunity to join halfway through the year. I would be happy. But It's far from where my people are. My friends. My family. It's a bad 2 hour drive.

Although, I did get a dorm in which I share with a couple girls. More than Evelyn and Kayla. This time it's 6 other girls, meaning there will be 7 of us in one room. It seems a bit much. But I have to continue my courses and move on somewhere. Start new somewhere.

It's the day that I move in, and mum drove me all the way with my stuff filling the back of the car. It's a quiet drive, just like it always is. It doesn't help the nerves that build in my stomach.

I open my door window and switch on the music, ignoring the annoyed look on my mum's face. The soothing breeze hitting my face soon makes me fall asleep. Thankfully.

When I woke up, the car had stopped in a large parking lot and my mum had left the car.

I pull my body up, only now remembering where we were off to. I turn my head to come into view of a college campus. And it is fucking massive.

I pull myself out of the car and take in what I will call home for the next couple years. It somewhat makes a small smile form on my face. The single action seems hard to do though.

I begin to walk in the direction of the doors. I can just see my mum as she stands at the front desk.

"You must be Elaine. It's nice to meet you..." The man at the counter greets me as he holds his hand out for me to take. I take it and shake it.

"I will take you to your dorm and then we will begin to unpack all your things. It shouldn't take long if we grab a few students to help." He smiles.

"Thank you." I nod. I turn to wave goodbye to my mum. She gives me a wonky smile and then walks out the doors.

I forget it and follow the man as he takes me to my dorm.

We go 2 floors up before we come to a door. He allows me to knock and I do.

In only a couple seconds, the door is flying open. 5 heads pop into the door frame, all of them smiling.

"You're here!" One of them says, pulling themselves up right. They hold out their hand.

"I'm Belle!" She beams at me. I take her hand, but she pulls me in for a hug.

Alright then...

The others behind her give me an apologetic look and then pull her off of me.

"Uhm, I'm Elaine." I look at them all. One of them sits at the back on a bunk bed, Not looking at me.

"I will let you all get to know each other while me and a couple others bring your stuff up. Is that alright?" The man asks. I turn and nod. He gives me two thumbs up before he walks off and back down the stairs.

One of the girls shut the door behind me and then Belle pulls me into the middle of the room where 2 coaches sit. A coffee table placed in the middle.

"Okay. We will go through names. I'm Belle, you know that already..." She points at another.

"Oh. I'm Cali." She smiles. Her hair is done in two French braids and she has a flower necklace, almost identical to mine, but it's a sunflower.

Belle points to each girl as they go round and tell me their names. All of them are so fucking pretty...
