Zion comes out wearing jeans and a white shirt. He told me earlier that I shouldn't dress over the top, just casual. And so I did. I wore a flower summer dress that is covered in blue and white petals as well as my usual white sneakers. I'm also wearing the daisy necklace my nana bought me last year. It's one of my favourites and I usually forget to put it on, so I thought I might as well since I remembered I had it while I was getting ready.

"Can you tell me where we are going now?" I ask, pushing myself off the sofa and leaving Harley laying on his back.

"I guess I can." He says, smiling over at me as he takes in the dress I'm wearing for the 4th time already.

"So?" I ask standing still as he walks towards me.

"It's a restaurant." He says, pulling me into him for a hug. I wrap my arms around his neck and turn my head up to look at him.

"What one?"

"Nothing special." He smiles.

He pulls me along towards the door and to the car. I feel bad for Harley as we left so suddenly, but he didn't seem to care after he was fed a couple treats at the door before we left.

The car journey there is almost the same as the one going to Zion's house. I just stayed awake this time.

When we arrive at the restaurant, Zion pulls the car into a VIP slot.

"And why in this spot?" I ask, turning towards him.

"Why do you think so?"

He slides out of his seat and walks over to open my door. He holds his hand out for me even though I'm fully awake. Even though we are in public, I don't expect anyone I know to be here, so I take his hand.

I look at the building we are about to enter. The entrance has one of those swirly doors, and there's a large red carpet leading up to it. LED's are lined up around the bottom of the building, making it stand out against the other shops and restaurants along the street. I smile up at the large sign that says "Lussureggiante" in cursive writing.

Everything is either gold, red or black, and it's making me feel like I'm in the wrong place dressed in a light blue floral dress.

"Where are we?" I say, turning to Zion. He's focusing on getting us through the crowd of people that line up outside and inside the restaurant.

"Why are we cutting?" I ask, pulling on his arm like a child to get his attention. He turns to look down at me.

"I'm allowed too." He says with a smile.

"And what about the answer to my first question?" I keep my eyes on him. He keeps his ahead of us and makes sure I don't bump into anyone.

"This is my fathers restaurant." He mutters, pulling me to the front desk.

Oh.

An old man sits behind the counter, his glasses leaning against the tip of his nose as he reads something on a sticky note.

"Reservation?" He says, turning to look up at Zion. "Oh! Zion, how nice to see you here." He beams over at both me and him. "Who's this gorgeous woman, then?"

"Pops, this is Elaine. Elaine, this is Simon, my grandfather."

I lean my hand over the tall counter top and the wrinkled man takes it in his and shakes it. "Nice to meet you." He smiles.

"You too." I pull my hand back down to my side and Zion takes it back in his.

"You're at table 60." He says, passing over two little papers.
