It was decided that the Autobot team would collect their supplies first for their journey to the last Allspark shard. There was much grumbling about the two Decepticons, Knockout being present a mere afterthought. It forced the knowing Autobots to keep the location of the Allspark secret, even to Blurr, who understood but was antsy to hit the road. Starscream and Barricade only reveled in their ability to keep a certain fear active amongst their enemy.

Marissa, on the other hand, didn't bother to ask the Autobots to tell her where they'd be going, nor the increase of knowledge of the precious half of Vector Sigma to keep her curiosity at bay about the other piece. She had been conversating avidly with the ancient being on her wrist, both in her head and out loud. It would startle Miles if she'd suddenly giggle or snicker for no apparent reason, but even after a whole other day of living with the ragtag team, no one was used to it. No one believed they ever would be.

"What do you mean he hated you?" Marissa brought another conversation out in the open, clearly because she was surprised about something. Nothing more was heard about it but it piqued Starscream's interest as he stared at the woman.

"Marissa, get in the bunk room." Lennox ordered, forcing the Seeker's attention away from the human femme and toward the open hangar door as a helicopter and several military vehicles approached from afar.

"Why?" She skipped from the man's hold, catching movement at the corner of her eye and bringing her attention to the oncoming armada of vehicles. She didn't argue further and bolted for the sleeping quarters, passing a confused Sam.

The older teen looked at Colonel Lennox for an answer, but it quickly came by the growing sound of the helicopter. It landed with a practiced grace and Galloway was seen attempting to mimic the same grace as he exited the chopper. It wasn't marked, so the group guessed he came unannounced on purpose.

"Where is it?" Galloway hollered over the dying engine of his transport. Lennox only answered with a hand to his ear and a strained 'what?' which did not improve the balding man's mood. He spoke again after the helicopter was completely shut down and the vehicles outside finished aiming their weapons at the two Decepticons in the back of the hangar. "Where is the weapon?"

Watching carefully from the darkened room, Marissa held her peace.

"It's not a weapon," William argued, "I explained everything was under control-"

"You have unrestrained enemies within your own base, Colonel." Galloway noted lividly. "I don't see how that is considered 'under control'."

"You see us attacking anyone?" Starscream dared to utter a lazy word, his watchful optic spying the clearly trigger-happy humans at the guns of their vehicles tighten their grips on the triggers. "We only want to see our means of life returned."
