JACKSONS POV

Staring at the picture frame before me I sigh, rubbing my hands over my face.

It's been over 10 years and I still can't help but feel pain remembering her.

Her laugh, her scent, her fucking eyes, everything.

It stays with me always.

And that's how I want it.

I see so much of her in aurora it's impossible not to remember her.

"You dummy, Leo help me, let's tickle your daddy" the video of our honeymoon plays on the tv.

Her laugh is my favorite part.

The way she hugs and kisses Leo.

"Oh honeyyy!" She sings and sneaks up from behind me.

I still remember how she threw a cake on my face and then ran away with Leo.

Leo was the videographer.

A pretty good one too.

"No, Jackie, nooo!" She laughs as I throw her in the water. Her giggles are Melody to my ears. Leo is latching onto me.

"Daddy leave Lina alone!" He laughs splashing water on me as I try to get her.

I laugh as raven falls into the water taking Leo down with her.

I feel a wet drop fall on my hand, which held the frame.

a knock interrupts my thoughts. I look up, wiping my tears away I put the frame away. "who is it?" I ask, without warning Both Leo and Aurora enter the room locking the door behind them.

Aurora smiles as Leo side hugs her and leads her to the end of the bed.

"papa, mind if we join you?" Asks aurora as she kneels down before me and holds my hands. "mama, was the best mother i could have ever asked for. i know her choices weren't the best and I'm sure there's a reason behind it" she starts looking at Leo.

she holds Leo's hand and smiles "I'm happy that mama gave me the opportunity to let you into my life and for you guys to help raise me" She kisses our hands and stands up.

"I don't know where all that came from, what i meant with all that is that, she's in a better place, and I'm sure she's happy, and laughing at us from up there or wherever it is she's at" I chuckle and pull her in for a hug. Leo ruffles her hair.

"hey, i just fixed my hair you moron" He sticks his tongue out and headlocks her.

she sits between both Leo and I.

we watch the tape which she left behind of when aurora took her first steps.

"sweetheart let's hope you get your brothers intelligence and not your daddies" she laughs.

Aurora and Leo laugh as i shake my head. she still roasted me even before my own daughter.

"come on, you can do it baby" she cheers as Aurora stands up and wobbles a bit.
