THIRD POV

Aurora circles Julia, getting ready to attack.

She examines her opponent, in this case, her aunt, and watches for any flaws.

Julia puts less weight on her left leg, most likely due to the recent ankle fracture.

She doesn't do dirty, but once her aunt said dirty was allowed, she must do it with no doubt.

Aurora waits until Julia circles her; once she's on her left, she kicks back her leg and steps on her aunt's foot.

Groaning Julia kneels down, holding her leg. Aurora takes her chance and punches Julia with a right hook.

She immediately falls back, staring up at the sky.

She's got to admit, she's gotten way better. Her examinations do her no justice. She knows when and how to attack.

She's most certainly ready for the initiation process. She's going to get the opportunity to go on harder missions and take the lead in some.

"Rough, but good," Julia says, standing up. Aurora rushes towards her and helps her steady herself.

"I'm sorry, was I too rough?" Aurora asks, worry laced on her face.

"No, no, I allowed this; nothing to worry about; you did good, honey." Julia pats Aurora's cheek.

"Then you're okay?" she asks. Julia nods her head. "I have somewhere to be; is it alright if we cut this short?" She asks, Julia examines her expression for a second, and she nods.

"Don't be out too late, and tell Colby to stop texting me dumb ass emojis." Aurora laughs, nodding her head.

"Ok, bye, tell my papa I love him." Aurora runs along towards her car.

Once in the car, she dials Colby's number.

"Yep," Colby answers, "so, I managed to leave early; let's hit the mall." Aurora says, and Colby whistles, "For sure, Krasivyy." He pauses, "Let me know when you're outside." Aurora confirms and hangs up.

Colby turns and grabs his jacket.

He looks over at his bed and smiles at his girlfriend.

No one knows about their relationship, mostly because they are both known to hate each other.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Presley asks, looking up from her book. He smiles and leans in, kissing her.

She giggles like a little girl as their lips sync perfectly together.

Colby kisses her nose and smiles.

"Don't leave; I want to see you here on my bed when I get back." She rolls her eyes. Shaking her head, she gets up.

"I've got to go help my dad with something, so I'm not going to stay with her the whole afternoon." He nods his head.

Grabbing her by the waist, he pulls her against the wall.

"Good, then I'll see you tonight." He asks, as his puppy eyes make her weak.

"Fine, I'll be here," she smiles, kissing him one last time before making her way to the bathroom.

"Call me if you need anything." He calls, and she yells in approval.

Colby's phone rings, and it's Aurora telling him she's there.

He walks out, and they both go to the mall.
