It's been a few weeks since Eiran registered you into Hexside. Eiran picked a bad time to register you, it was the middle of the school year and there was a club thing going and since weren't wearing your mask and had an eyepatch on your left eye and didn't have the uniform everyone else had.
You felt like everyone was staring at you.
'Why couldn't you have waited Eiran. Why did it come to this' you muttered to yourself as you walked towards the school.
As you entered the school you tried to take everything in. The building was full of many students working on spells and creations with some blasting far away with some just barley missing you. It was very overwhelming.
As you were taking everything in you bumped into someone.
"I'm sorry, I was taking everything in and wasn't watching where I was going" you apologize to the person in front of you
The person in front of you had short brown hair and the uniform that they wore had all the colors of the tracks. You felt like you saw this person somewhere before.
"Its okay, are you new here? My name is Luz. Luz Noceda." She said while extending a hand
"I'm Y/N Vol- .. L/N, and yes I am new here" you decided to changed your last name since you didn't trust people fully to tell about you. You took her hand and Luz shook your hand.
"Its nice to meet you Y/N. Do you need help with finding anything?" as she said this you noticed her ears were rounded
"Your ears are so flat"
Luz covered her ears in embarrassment and explained
"Yeah, I'm actually human and not a witch, but I am being taught by Eda,"
"That's so cool, I've never met a human before and I- wait did you say you were being taught by EDA?"
"Yeah?" She asked confused
"THE Eda. As in The Owl Lady??"
"Yeah...."
"That was you that day" you mumbled to yourself
"I'm sorry?" Luz says
"I saw you running with Eda from the authorities, I didn't really think much about it since Eda is always getting chased. But then I saw a girl running with her." You explain
"So you saw that"
"Yeah, I'm very sorry if I made you uncomfortable"
"Its okay. Anyways let's go to the principals office."
As you followed Luz to the principals office you both were talking on the way there and found out that you two were very similar. You both were kind-hearted and eccentric people, she explained why she came here, she felt like an outcast and how she didn't fit in with the other.
You understood her feelings since you are an outcast according to Belos's expectations and how you were younger you were always treated differently because of your curse.
The walk felt extremely short but at the same time felt like a lifetime with how close you both became.
"Well this is it, good luck Y/N." Luz said as she walked away
You took a deep breath in and opened the door and saw the principal. He looked stern and intimidated and somewhat old. He wore a long black gown with gold, as well as a black cape, gold trim at the sleeves and cape hem.
"Welcome, Y/N L/N to Hexside. My name is Principal Bump. I assume you know about the nine coven tracks. At first I allowed students to only study one track. But changed my mind with the help of our fist human, since it would be better for students to learn more."
"I see, and its nice to meet you"
"So polite, so Y/N do you have an idea on what track you will join or tracks or all?"
"Uhh, I think I'm going to go will all since that's kinda what I do now" you explain
He made a circle of magic and pointed towards you. Immediately your clothes changed into the Hexside uniform with all the track colors on it.
"Wait did you say what you do now?" He said confused
"Yeah I've never been to a school since when I was younger and my guardian taught me everything"
"Your guardian?"
"Eiran Mallor"
"Ah Eiran, he is such a kind soul. He told me that you are a bright young witch with big ideas. He also said that you need to make more friends"
You felt embarrassed from what you heard.
"It was actually a good thing that he enrolled you since we have clubs going on right now. They're outside if you are interested. And if do join you can make friends"
"Then ill do just that"
With that you walked out of the office and through the school outside to join a club.
