You had slept in armins dorm the night before your stomach felt funny but you didn't think anything of it and just went to sleep in one of armins shirts and your underwear.
You woke up feeling sticky so you pull the covers away to see blood everywhere your thighs cover it all over the bed sheet and the bottom of armins shirt. What you felt worst about is that there was a nice patch on armins pyjama pants where you had been cuddling. You were so embarrassed you starts crying. Armin shifts and wakes up "what's wrong?" Armin says concerned "I'm so sorry!" You say armin notices the blood everywhere and sees where it came from.
"Oh it's ok sweetly accidents happened you have not control over it" he says getting "but I got it all over the bed and on you! Aren't you disgusted?" You say sadly "no darling it's ok, it's not like it's the first time I've been covered in blood" he says light heartily giggling "but it came from your girlfriend vagina" you continue "it's natural love not gross now let's get cleaned up I'll get mikasa to get you what you need".
Armin cleans the blood off his leg then goes and finds mikasa and tells her the situation and she gives him some new clothes and a (pad/tampon/whatever you use) he brings it back and you clean the sheets together.
He checks on you through out the day and helping you best he can with your cramps and will treat you like a queen. He know that periods suck because he grew up with mikasa.
