Description: When the user kills someone they gain that person quirk, while they can only have 10 quirks at a time. This is because one quirk is stored in one of their finger. If you killed someone with a quirk that blasted fireballs you would gain this quirk but instead using your hand you would only use one of your fingers(the one that contained the fireball quirk). While you also have some physical mutations.

a. you can hear better than most people
2. A dragon tail
a. you have a dragon tail so you can use it to fight
3. Horns
a. you have horns, as you get older they get bigger
4. Red Eyes
a. The red eyes let you see people quirks
5. Little Dragon wings
a. you have little dragon wings while they grow by the age of 25ish they should be big enough for flight barely
Cons
1. They need to kill someone to gain their quirk
