15-19: you can lift an average of 25600 kg

Muscles: for every 4 hours you spend working out inceases your average kg lift by +10kg

Regneration: you regnerate a little bit faster than the average human

Speed: your fast
1-4: 13 km/h
5-9: 18.23 km/h
10-14: 29.33 km/h
15-19: 40 km/h

Strong bones:
1-4: your bones can handle around 700 kg of pressure
5-9: your bones can handle around 2000 kg of pressure
10-14: your bones can handle around 30000 kg of pressure
15-19:  your bones can handle around 4000000 kg of pressure

enchanced smell:
1-4: you can smell things from 10 km away
5-9: you can smell things from 100 km away
10-14: you can smell things from 1000 km away

Description: you age normally up until you get to the age of 19 from then on your aging is slowed. after turning 19, for every 25 years your body only ages by 1 year.

Description: when using this move your body become very tall at 65 metres tall, but your very slow and your intelligent stat decreases by 45% aswell you regneration is a little bit weaker.
Cons:
1. only last for 30 minutes
2. decreases in intelligences stat
3. Can only be used once a month

Strength of the Gods
Description: you become extremely strong your averager kg lift gets times by 100000, but your regneration get halfed. 
Cons:
1. Only last for 3 minutes
2. After use your muscles hurt for days
3. can only be used once a month

Regernation something???
Description: your regneration is extremely strong, but your strength stat is decreased by 45% and intelligence stat is lowered by 75%.


Bones of the Warrior
Description: your bones strength is timesed by 10000, but your strength score is lowered by 45%. 
Smell of the Wolf

True Goliath
Description: you grow to 65 metres tall, your averager kg lift gets times by 100000,  your regeneration increases, your smell, speed. your intelligence stat gets lowered by 95%

Cons:
1. after using it your go into a coma for 36 months 
2.  it only lasts for 15 minutes
3. can use it once per 5 years
