He was sure to be silent with his movements but to be quick with them as well. Once he saw that the blonde was headed for an exit of the castle, the (h/c)ette changed the color of the lights. He needed to send a signal to his uncle so that no one would be worried. The small boy stepped onto the grass and watched as the pale boy headed for the black lake. (y/n) was quick to notice how the other males shoulders heaved and knew that he was crying. Despite his efforts of trying to go unnoticed his feet moved before he could stop them which ended with him right in front of Draco.

"Laugh if you're going to laugh then leave. I don't need anyone bothering me." The blonde made sure to cover his face even before, so he wasn't sure who was out here with him. He hated it when anyone saw him cry, it was weak and if there was ever a time he was okay with crying, it was by himself where no one could catch him. Not even a moment later the boy felt the spot beside him fill and he made sure to hold incredibly still. "I don't need to know why, but if you take my hand I can take you somewhere that will make you feel better, you just can't let go so you don't get lost." The boys (e/c) eyes looked over the figure next to him and felt his cheeks heat up.

A hand popped out from underneath the jacket and he quickly laced his own fingers with the pale ones. "Alright your highness, get up." Both boys quickly stood, "Why did you follow me out here?" The blonde looked over at the other boy with curious eyes. He hated to cry in front of others but he had already done it once in front of the (h/c)ette. Both boys walked hand in hand, for the most part it was silent with a subtle whistle of the wind. It was calm, until one of the boys started to panic, "You said somewhere better, how in the bloody hell is the forbidden forest better?" The blonde tried to pull his hand away but every attempt he made was useless, the (h/c)ette made sure to have an iron grasp.

"Do you trust me? If the answer is yes, then believe that I won't let anything bad happen to you and that we will get to the spot soon." Silence fell upon them both once more and as they neared a rather large tree in the forest, the boy stopped. "Alright, once we get there, you should go in first, I wouldn't want you to get snatched up by something out here." He hated to admit it but (y/n) was a little nervous to be out here, he had been practicing spells all summer so that he could keep himself entertained, it would help him stay on top of this years and next years lessons as well so he didn't bother to slow down.

However, being in this forest and looking for one of the many creatures he had studied was much more nerve-racking than a book. As they stood in front of the tree, the boys
(s/c) hand slowly let go of the pale one and pointed to a dark hole at the root of the tree. "Go quickly and don't move so I can find you fast, don't make noise." The smaller male nodded off to Draco as he saw the taller male slip through the hole. The (h/c)ette made sure to go in right after making sure no one else was around.

After slipping through he heard a small inhale and made sure to follow the noise. "Are you close?" The boy whispered out in an attempt to find the blonde. "I'm right here, I can't see but I know you're next to me since you're so loud." The both were whispering and after a few moments a (s/c) hand found a pale one, the boy wasted no time in intertwining their fingers together once again. A small rumbling sounded, "They're sensitive to noise, don't scare them." As the small creatures neared, blue luminescent mushrooms started to glow brightly.

The smaller male smiled as he heard a little gasp, a group of mooncalf had rushed into their area, they were small white creatures that had bright blue eyes. "With so many vibrations in the dirt, the mushrooms respond well to the calves by glowing in blue, just like their eyes." The two sat there just admiring the small cows, (y/n) looked over to his right to see Draco's face lit up, there was a blue light casted over his pale skin and it made the boy look absolutely ethereal. The smaller boy felt his cheeks heat up rapidly and his heart increased quickly.
