A few minutes passed before the boy fixed himself on his back and moved his eyes toward the ceiling. If he couldn't sleep then he surely wouldn't spend his whole time looking at the blonde. It was somewhat tempting but he knew better. Deciding to ignore his thoughts the boy shut his eyes in an attempt to escape his surroundings. It was helpful for what he was sure was a minute or two but the moment he felt a hand tugging him close was one that made him open his eyes.

Looking over to his right he saw the blonde was still fast asleep but regardless he was moving closer and closer to the (h/c)ette. "Hey get off." (y/n) whispered thinking that maybe it would work but it didn't. "Just what do you think you're doing?" Severus was the first teacher on watch for the night but this was something he hadn't expected to see. His shift was almost over but the noise from the area drew his attention. "Genuinely, it's not really what it looks like. He grabbed me in his sleep." The small boy was looking around to see how close his uncle was but it was fairly dark now and he was having trouble seeing. It didn't help that his uncle was always dressed in black.

"Oh really? You just happen to be in the same area as him, is that right? What about Zabini or Parkinson?" In all honesty Severus didn't really want him sleeping with anyone, but Draco was first on that list. "I didn't think about that at the time. I was already upset that we had to sleep on the floor." The truth was that he just didn't want to sleep next to the others. He at least knew Draco bathed everyday but what if the others didn't? Though maybe the smell from that could've knocked him out by now. "Such a coincidence. go to sleep." Deciding to head back to his original corner, Severus tried leaving the conversation at that.

"I can't sleep though. That's why I'm still here." When no response was given the younger male sighed slightly. He noticed that the blanket was warmer now which started to make him feel sleepy. In just a few minutes the boy was out like a light. Unfortunately for him, the night was just ending as his was getting started.

"Wake the bloody hell up. Don't be so lazy." Blaise was starting to get annoyed at how hard it was to wake the (h/c)ette up and was wondering if maybe this was the reason he missed breakfast at times. "Come on they're putting the tables back up soon." Pansy sighed as even she was starting to be bothered by the situation. It seemed that they all went to sleep at the same time so why wasn't he getting up?

"Sleeping doesn't mean laziness."
(Y/n) opened his eyes a little to see that the blonde was still sleeping. The (h/c)ette found it odd that everyone was rushing him to wake up but they didn't even bother telling Draco to move away. "You're starting to make this a really bad habit your highness." Softly pushing the blonde away the smaller male sat up. "Blaise why didn't you wake him up first?" The (h/c)ette was quick to make his way out of the grand hall, not bothering to wait for a response. He needed to get to the washroom.

Sleeping on the floor was bothering him more than it probably should have but the floor wasn't clean and what made things worse was food had fallen on that floor. Picturing the amount of unclean shoes gave the small boy chills. He was quick to wash up, he scrubbed twice and was loving how clean it all felt. "Well, if that wasn't great I don't know what counts as great." The boy did a little dance as he was walking the hallways to pass time.

He wasn't sure if he wanted to go back to the hall but he was sure there would be no point. Class would start soon. "Talking to yourself?" George had seen the shorter male from afar and decided to walk alongside him. "The lack of sleep is driving me insane. I'm even hallucinating tall, attractive gingers now." Both boys laughed a little before stopping at one of the many opening's the castle had. (y/n) liked to think of them as open windows. "You flatter me way too much." George smiled as he looked at the trees. It was close to the end of the year so the weather was pretty warm.

"I like giving you the time of day. I won't be able to do that once you get girlfriend.. or other." The (h/c)ette wiggled his eyebrows at his friend. He wished he could take multiple days off of school. He just wanted to relax and enjoy his day without any work to do. "You're way too invested in peoples romantic histories, especially for a twelve year old." At that sentence the smaller male felt his face get hot. He often forgot about the age difference between him and his friend. "I'm almost thirteen, don't be weird." The (h/c)ette coughed a little but he still felt very awkward about the situation.

"Let's head to class shall we?" George pushed himself away from the wall before walking off toward his class. Realistically, the two would part ways at the next opening but he didn't mind. Class was about to start so he preferred that they get their on time. The redhead had a prank to pull on his professor and didn't want to be late to set things up.

After walking for a little ways more, the two said their goodbyes. "There you are! I've been looking for you everywhere, come follow me." Hermione had been waving over in the small boys direction but he knew that her words weren't meant for him. He was curious as to why she seemed so nervous but that would have to wait for a later time.
