"Remind me again why I got dragged into this?" Evelyn questioned as she helped Caroline, Elena, Tyler and Bonnie set up mouse traps.
"Because Damon disappeared and he told us to keep an eye on you," Elena muttered quietly.
"I don't need a babysitter," Evelyn pouted, everyone else's remaining silent as they continued to set up the traps for their senior prank.
Suddenly the traps all went off, scaring the life out of Evelyn and the others as they saw Matt standing in the doorway.
"Matt," Evelyn groaned, knowing they all spent several hours doing this.
"Oh come on! Seriously?!" Caroline shouted, "Do you know how long it took for us to set this all up?!" the blonde vampire shrieked.
Evelyn chuckled slightly, amused at her reaction.
"So I got roped into senior prank night and Matt didn't?" Evelyn spoke in shock.
"Obviously someone forgot," Tyler shot a pointed glance at Matt.
"Clearly," Matt chuckled.
"How could you forget? We've only been waiting for this since like freshman year!" Caroline continued her high-pitched scolding.
"Yeah Matt, if I'm doing this, you're doing this!" Elena pointed out.
"Why can't I just go home? This school's creepy at night," Evelyn shuddered. She was never a big fan of the dark, she never knew what could come out of the shadows.
