This is part 2 for kindergarten :)
After that day when Alice came to the realization that she wanted one more baby, Fp was surprisingly open too the idea, he always loved having babies with her, and he could never deny how adorable she looked pregnant
They agreed that before they started trying they would ask all 5 kids if they were okay with it. They've never really tried to get pregnant it kinda just happened.
They wanted to talk to Polly first, but they had to wait a whole week because Polly took the twins on a trip
Once Polly did come back from her trip and she settled back in, Alice decided to have the conversation with her daughter, and she thought it was best if she did it on her
Alice quietly walked into the basement where Polly was now sleeping since it was bigger for her with the twins
Polly was sitting in a rocking chair with a baby in each arm trying to rock them too sleep
"Need any help?" Alice asked sweetly
Polly sighed in relive "Oh thankgod! Dogwood fell asleep and Juniper won't go to sleep but I can't feel my arms"
Alice chuckled at her daughter, she walked over to her daughter and picked up her very awake granddaughter whos face light up the second Alice was in her sight
Polly stood up and put Dogwood in his crib by her bed
Juniper grabbed ahold of Alices hair and started to pull it, Alice wince slightly amd wiggled Juniper little fingers out of her hair "Lets not pull grandmas hair June-Bug" she said in a baby voice
Polly chuckled "she only does that too you mom"
Alice shook her head and took a seat at the rocking chair and Polly sat on her bed
"Polly?" Alice said quietly as she gazed down at the baby in her arms
"Yea mom?" Polly smiled
"I need too ask you a question amd I want you honest awnser" Alice began
Polly nodded
"Well your father and I are wanting to have another baby" Alice said calmly but getting nervous as she saw pollys eyebrows raise "And uh- well we wanted to make sure it was okay with all of you kids first before we did try"
Polly smiled "I love my siblings mom and I think if its what you and dad want then you should do it"
Alice smiled "Really? It won't be weird for you? Thats why I wanted to have this conversation with you separately"
"I promise it's not weird for me, our family is special and adding another little person to it is just gonna make it better"
Alice smiled beamed and looked down at the baby in her arms who was asleep now. Alices hand came to creep up and stoked the babies cheek "You need to soak up every minute of this Polls, its goes by way too fast"
Polly smiled and watched as her mom was entranced by the baby. Her mother loved all her children whether they were blood or not, she'd died for each amd every one of them
Later Alice and Fp sat all the kids down and told them and they were all very excited and supportive besides one little girl who decided that she liked being the baby of the family
Though Fp and Alice didn't knowtice the change in their youngest daughters behavior because of all the excitement
Fp and Alice had started trying to have another baby, its been 4 months and now they are standing in the bathroom hovering over a pregnancy test that was flipped over onto the counter. The timer was ticking down ever so slowly
