You made a quick decision to follow the crew, and made haste while trying not to be seen. It was a quick call a couple of times, but you made it regardless. They were admiring the place, saying how it looked familiar and such. You saw MK hold out the real rings and hugged the rock you were hiding behind closer. Your eyes gleamed greedily at the rings and the rock under your hands cracked. Tang looked over to the noise and you hid as fast as you could. You weren't ready to face him after what you did to him and Pigsy. As you heard his steps get louder as they got closer you clutched onto your clothes and shut your eyes tight. But he was called over by Mei, you felt like you were in a cartoon as you calmed down hearing his footsteps retreat.
No one was expecting you, this was your chance. You moved rocks so you could get better aim to take the rings. You stepped back and prepared to lunge, this was wrong, but you've already done horrible things, what so bad about another? You lunged at poor MK who was too shocked to stop you. You landed a few feet away from the others. With a playful smirk and crap ton fake confidence, you said playfully, "Yoink" just before you ran off to descend the mountain. The smirk was wiped off your face as Mei appeared in front of you and punched you smack in your already broken nose. "What the heck Mei?!" you exclaimed, one hand holding the rings and the other clutching your nose as little droplets formed in your eyes.
This time, Pigsy was behind you and tried to repeat what Mei did. You were smart this time and dodged him. They were all surrounding you and preparing to fight. You stood up, correcting your posture. You wiped off the blood coming from your nose, and said, "come on you guys, i thought you wanted me to be happy?" you smirked and laughed, throwing your head back. You started acting all puffed up and over confident, so that they would cut off their attachment to you, it worked pretty well for Macaque, so it should work for you too. You only got grimaces from each of them as a response. Your smile disappeared as you frowned at them. "Such a shame. It be bad if your little world was destroyed all because you couldn't defeat little old me."
MK had run up to you, yelling. You only frowned more as you easily stepped out of the way of his punch. You couldn't attack back, what if the ice took over you again? So you just simply dodged as they all took turns attacking. Teasing them with words like, "going soft in me?" and "I thought you guys were strong." and waving the ring in front of them. You kind of liked this new personality you developed. It was easier to think that you were only leaving the old you, but you were really leaving everything. You sighed and said, "You guys are no fun, your attacks are so predictable, I think I could fall asleep." you put yur hand to your mouth and pretended to yawn. You were only making them angry so they got the rings. As you walked you pretended not to see Macaque as he approached.
"I see my competition got here first." he said in a cold voice rubbing his half ice neck.
