- he can produce gapples, normal golden apples, healing potions, regeneration potions, from his forehead
- this too depends on his lipids in his body, so he needs to make sure he eats enough to able to create them
- with practice, he'd be able to create more items out of the lipids he has
- overuse can cause him to pass out
- stomach cramps
- extreme starvation
- overuse can force his body to used stored fat in his skin to make items
