- when he makes a speak he can influence your rational thoughts
- he can persuade people into something they'd never thought of doing
- (he gets sort after appearing by the hero commission to speak for them)
- he can talk normally (so he can choice when his quirk works)
- when uses his quirk his voice become more like a sweet lullaby that you just want to follow
- to avoid his entice wear earplugs or have headphones that cover the sound
- it doesn't work as well on the people from the DSMP because they're used to it, but followers of his (well ex-followers) are more prone to his voice
