It was a rainy Wednesday afternoon. Evangeline loved rainy days more than anything. It meant she could stay inside and curl up by the fire with a nice cup of tea.

But nonetheless, her peace and quiet was ripped away when she heard chants of fight fight fight across the courtyard into the room where the Goblet of Fire was.

The Goblet of Fire was where students who were over the age of seventeen put their name in to compete in the Tri-Wizard Tournament. Evangeline would be lying if she said the Tournament didn't excite her.

She huffed and walked hastily around the courtyard to avoid being rained on. When she walked into the room, her gaze fell on Fred and George, looking older than normal, wrestling on another on the ground.

The students went silent and wide-eyed at the sight of her. The twins paid no attention to her as they continued to wrestle. All she did was cross her arms, clearing her throat.

That seemed to catch their attention. They froze in place on the ground, staring up at her.

"Why hello there, Professor. Come to put your name in the Goblet?" Fred asked.

"Stand up."

They did as she said. With a wave of her wand, the aging was undone. She gazed at the age line around the Goblet and back to them, "So you thought an Aging Potion would allow you to step over the line and put your name in?"

"Possibly." George answered.

She sighed, thinking about what she would do. She knew what they did was harmless. Stupid and against the rules? Yes. But nonetheless, harmless.

Before she said more, the double doors opened again. She turned her head, watching Igor Karkaroff walk in with Viktor Krum and another Durmstrang member.

He glared at her as they walked across the room. Evangeline kept a watchful eye on the Headmaster as Viktor put his name into the Goblet.

The tension suddenly grew thick in the room. Everyone noticed it. How Igor stiffened up and how guarded Evangeline suddenly became. Silence overtook the room after they walked out.

She looked back at the twins, "If you try something like that again, which I don't recommend, please; be smarter about it."

"So no detention?" Fred hopefully asked as Evangeline walked to the doors.

"Don't do it again."

Evangeline walked out of the room, turning her head to the left where Igor was lingering behind the two Durmstrang members. He turned his head to her, sending another glare towards her as they turned the corner.

A week later and the day the names were to be pulled out of the Goblet of Fire and the first full Moon of the school year, students in her classes were completely distracted by who's names would be pulled.

Evangeline had her back turned to the door as her fourth years poured inside one by one. She heard a faint buzzing sound, it growing closer and closer until...

She held her hand up, catching whatever object was flying in her direction without having to look. The noise in the class grew quiet as she opened her hand, smiling at the sight of a golden snitch.

She turned to Harry, who looked wide-eyed.

"H-How did you catch that without having to look?" He asked.

"I've got fast reflexes." She said, throwing it back to the bespectacled boy. He looked at the snitch, "I was a keeper and a seeker in my day."

His eyes shot back to hers, "Really?"
