Chapter 4• Dinner to forget things

Four's POV:

I woke up, hugging x, again. I cant help myself he's just so soft.. I let go of x and put him down gently on his bed, I went down to the kitchen to make mac n cheese, i grab the ingredients from the fridge and got a bowl. After following some steps on youtube i managed to make mac n cheese, i put the bowl in the microwave. I grab a plate for me and x and put them on the counter, i went to the bathroom to wash my face. When i got back there was a fire, wait.. FIRE, FIRE!!- SHT SHT SHT.

Third person's POV:

Four quickly turned the microwave off, being stupid he poured water on the fire making it grow... Also burning himself in the process, four just got frustrated and snapped his fingers to teleport the microwave somewhere else. "Damn it.. The house could've burned down, great way to start the morning.. And my efforts in mac n cheese are gone." Four just snapped his fingers to get an already made mac n cheese, "sometimes life has shortcuts ¯\_(ツ)_/¯" four prepared the mac n cheese, then he called x that breakfast was ready. X didn't come down after being called 6 times, four just went to the bathroom, again, to find some bandages to cover his burn.

X's POV:

I woke up in my bed, hm, four must've place me her- "X!! Breakfast is ready!!" mmmm i dont wanna get up, i just wanna go back to sleep.. But then again i wanted to see what four made, i got up my bed and started walking downstairs. Oh wow! Four made mac n cheese today, but fours no where to be seen.. Meh, Im hungry. I sat on the stool and started to eat my mac n cheese. A few minutes passed and four went out the bathroom with bandages on his arm. "What happened?" "Well.. I attempted to make mac n cheese but well, the microwave burned." I turn to the spot where the microwave usually was, there were black burn marks on the counter so i guess they were telling the truth. "Well where did you put it?-" "uhhh i dont exactly know, i just teleported it to somewhere random, not here, of course." Suddenly we heard some muffled yelling from a distance.

Third person's POV:

"WELL MAYBE YOU'RE BETTER THAN ME, BUT AT LEAST IM NOT A LIAR!!" "GOSH, THAT THING HAPPENED YEARS AGO, WHY WONT YOU JUST FORGIVE ME FIREY?! "

"FORGIVE YOU?! YOU TOOK MY PRIZE AWAY, THE ONE I BATTLED 2 YEARS FOR!!"

"Whats going on over here?!" Four and x were standing there, four looked angry about these two arguing since that incident happened years ago. "Well, this LIAR is telling me that i dont have any friends or talent that i had to 'steal' his prize!!" "THATS NOT WHAT I MEAN, I SAID YOU WEREN'T GOOD ENOUGH TO THE FANS EYES THAT THEY DIDN'T VOTE YOU!!" "THATS THE SAME TH-" "BOTH OF YOU, QUITE!! YOU'RE BOTH IN THE WRONG!! Firey, years ago leafy just said " get me off this thing" you clearly didn't think about your little FERRIS WHEEL idea through, leafy DIDN'T hate your ferris wheel but you didn't make it exactly for the both of you, yeah sure. You're immune to lava but does that mean leafy is too?!, And you leafy! You could've waited for a talk, instead of going directly to the announcer and buying dream island!! Do you know how much time firey, you and all the other contestants battled for that prize?! Just for you to buy it?!" Fours words left both of them speechless, four just snapped their fingers and randomly teleported them somewhere. "Uhhh four, where did you teleport them to?" "A little room where they can.. Apologies to each other, I've decided that they can sort out each others problems out, i dunno, im not great with these things, x!"

" Actually, you kinda are.. You calmed me down during the darkest times and some of the contestants.. Kinda" "but thats you, x!! I only know how to calm you down!! Since i-" four paused for a bit almost slipping a word out. "Since you what, four?" "mmmmmmmh nothing! Just forget about it!!" They both just went home, trying to forget the argument between leafy and firey. But x couldn't forget what four was going to say, what did he mean by "since i" is four hiding something? X wondered. Later they decided to go to a fancy ish restaurant in town far from the contest place.

Four's POV:

Just nice, i almost said my secret to x. Maybe i could invite x to a restaurant that just opened up, far from here, that'll probably brush x's mind off what i was going to say. "Hey x, do you wanna go to a restaurant thats far from here?" "You mean the new one? But thats 2763 miles away!" "Chill, i can teleport us there, x." "Oh yeah"

23 Minutes later.

"X! Are you ready?!" "Yeah" i snapped my fingers to teleport us to the restaurant. Surprisingly, its quite empty "guess theres isnt that many people here" i nodded to x's statement. "X, why dont you find a place to sit? I'll go order us food!!" "Okay, four!" X sat at the corner table while i go to the cashier. "Welcome to lilians steak-out diner, how can i help you?" "May i order spaghetti?" "Sure, anything else?" I wondered what x wanted. "Uhh, I'll be right back." I went to the table where x was sitting at "oh, hi four! Did you order anything yet?" "Yes i did, but what do you want, x?" "Hmmmmm maybe fish n chips!" I nodded at x's answer, i was about to head to the cashier lady, but x stopped me. "-Four you didn't let me finish!" "Oh? Sorry." "Its okay! I want fish n chips and a side of you~" x bursted into laughter while i was just standing there, flustered. I just brushed it off and went back to the cashier lady. "Hi! I would like spaghetti and fish n chips!" "Okay, is that all?" "Yes" "whats your name, sir?" "Four" I mean its pretty obvious my names four. "Alright, your order will be ready in 30 minutes." I thanked the cashier lady and went to sit with x. Im still pretty confused why x decided to use a pick up line on me or something, probably because i accidentally said one also to x.

"Sooo what did you order, four?" "Spaghetti." "Oh, okay!"

31 minutes passed, our food arrived.

X and me were eating our food, i finished eating in 17 minutes.

I layed back and relax, waiting for x to finish.

X was done eating "this food is tasty like you" i didn't know how to reply so i just stayed silent looking at x who was giggling, there could be two ways x meant that, x wanted to eat me in a cannibalism way, or he wanted to eat me out in that "other" way.

X's POV:

It was funny seeing fours reactions to my trashy pick up lines i found on google, then again.. I should probably make it so that it doesn't seem like im playing with fours feelings, i.. I dunno.. Its just that feeling where i feel like- "X!! Are you ready to go home?" "Yeah, sure!" Four payed the cashier lady and snapped his fingers so that we would get home. I found an opportunity to say another pick up line, i dunno, i just find it adorable when fours confused/blushing. We did what we always do every night, take a shower, brush our teeths.

I climbed onto fours side of the bed, waiting for him.

10 minutes passed and four came. He probably knew i wanted to cuddle him in bed again, so he looked at me with a smile and layed down on the bed and cuddled me, as usual. "Hey, four" "mmmh?" "Can i eat you out tonight because i need a midnight snack~" god, to be honest that intention sounded like i wanted to eat him- Four blushed like really hard, i tried to hold my laughter in. "Well.. Goodnight, x!" "Nighty night, four!"
