Chapter 6• Uno n pranks

X's POV:

2 weeks passed, four hasnt really gotten better, he got even WORSE!! But at least he can talk now, i just can't understand him clearly with his itchy throat. Im trying to reach the cup board but its too high!! Gosh, why does nine have to borrow our ladder 2 days ago. I kept trying to reach it until i eventually gave up, suddenly i was lifted in the air by someone "Eek!-" i looked down to see four holding me, i thought it was two or five since four cant really walk, guess now he can. "Need help?" ".. Yeah" i mumbled to four, he lifted me even higher just for me to grab he cup i needed. "Okay, you can put me down now foury!!" "Alright" he put me down and gave me a pat of the head, my cheeks started turning a slight tint of orange because of that.. Why do i feel this way?  "Thanks" "no problemo, my little buddy!" "Hey four, i have a question" "mmmm?" Four hummed curiously. "Well, its been a week or two, you're not getting any better and you're still getting worse!! Why aren't you getting better?"

"Well its probably because.." Four paused for a moment, probably thinking of how to word it. "Well, theres these ahem different types of fevers/flus, i didn't really do my research on google or something, but i did take like a quiz on google regarding my sickness, i kept leaning for polygo.. So i just assumed it was either polygo or enklai." "Please say you understand, x." I didn't really understand a thing he said so I'll just lie. "Yeah?" Four seemed pleased with my answer because i know darn well if i said no he will sit me down in the E.X.I.T and educate me.

Four's POV:

Im so glad x understood something about the sickness i have! Im getting pretty bored.. Hmmm.....

Aha!

I called x into our bedroom, x asked me what we were gonna do i kept quite until we reached our bedroom, i locked the door and told x to get on our bed, once he got on i locked the door.. "So x, prepare for the night of your life.." X looked a bit scared at me but, eh.

"Are you ready to..

..PLAY UNO?!" X stopped sweating when i said that, "oh, phew.. I thought you meant something else, four" what else was he thinking about? I obviously wanted to play uno. Unos my favorite game to play, i always win! "What else did you think i was gonna do, x?"

X's POV:

I really thought four was going to do 'that'  to me, im just really glad he didn't.  "Oh, uh.. I thought you w- wanted too.." How do i find an excuse? Oh! I got it!

"I thought you wanted to play hide and seek which is really hard for me" that was a lame excuse, but it worked.. Kinda "oh! Erm.. Okay!" Four shuffled the deck and handed me the cards.

We played for 3 rounds in which four won.

"Uno!" Four yelled. Im just trying to find a way to stop him from putting that last card down, even though i already know his method by saving the best cards last. "Uh, uhhhh, i think you dont have a green!" I put my green 3 card down over his red 3 card. Four laughed maniacaly as a joke and put his 4+ wild card down. "Awwh.... I was hoping you had a blue or yellow card back there" i said sadly.

"Yawns its getting rather late, x, i think we should-" Four paused and stood up happily "x!! I feel much better now!! I guess it was a- a kinda delay tho" four angrily said in that last part, but im happy they're okay now!

"Well, four.. Its not that late really and im not that tired [its 6 PM if ur wondering] can we go get something to eat? Pleaseee?" I wanted to spend more time with four, i enjoy spending time with him..

Four's POV:

Im pretty tired, but if x wants to go on a da- I MEAN HANG OUT then sure! "Sure thing, x!" Then again x does have a point, its not that late, really. "Yayy!!" X happily cheered and went downstairs, i follow x as he was putting his scarf on because it was cold outside. We walked out the house, i locked the door so any contestants dont break in.

"Hmmm, four?" "Yeah, x?" "Im just wondering where we're going!" Oh darn, i haven't really thought of a place to eat. Maybe an ice cream shop? Probably, x hadn't had ice cream for a bit long, i think we should go there then. "Maybe an ice cream shop?" I suggested to x, he seemed to like that idea, alot.

After 18 minutes of walking we finally found an ice cream shop to eat at. "Hello, welcome to ponny's ice cream shop! What can i get you two? Are you guys on a date? Hmm?" Is this cashier insane or something? Yeah i don't mind getting blamed being on a date but if she says that to every customer that has a friend or something that would be creepy as hell "erm.. Why would you assume w- we're on a date, ma'am?" I asked the cashier lady, she kept looking at our hand- wait, dont tell me she thought we were on a date because WE'RE HOLDING HANDS?! society these days..

I noticed x was really red on his cheeks, i wanted to ask if he's okay "hey x, are you okay? Your cheeks are like.. Really red." X didn't say anything to me and covered his face. The cashier lady kept smirking at us, what was her problem? "Would you mind yourself?" I angrily glare at the cashier lady until she looked some where else. "Okay, i feel better now, four, lets just sit down and eat something" i nodded and knocked on the cashier lady's window to gain her attention "what would you like, you two?" "I would like vanilla and bubble gum ice cream." X was surprised that i ordered bubble gum since thats his favorite flavor. "Okay, one vanilla and bubble gum coming right up, please sit down" me and x sat down at the corner of the ice cream place. 3 Minutes passed and our ice cream arrived "enjoy both of your ice creams" the waiter walked off, x then took a bite of his ice cream as i took a bite of mine.

We finished eating, i payed the cashier lady and we went home. I was surprised to see the front door opened, x seemed surprised aswell. "Huh?" Im afraid someone broke into the house. "X, stay behind me." We checked the house to make sure none of our stuff were stolen, we headed to the bedroom to see my bed gone. There was a note left on x's bed saying "Get pranked bro! P.S- We're returning your bed on Tuesday cuz we also need it for something :p" that little blocky grimlin... "Uh.. I can sleep on the couch!" I suggested, x stopped me and insisted that i sleep with them tonight "please, four?" X was adorable, how could i say no? "Sure" we did our night routines and headed to bed, x was hugging me in bed so i hugged him back.
