A year later:Walking down to the gym hall, he could hear cheers from his fellow students. Finally, they were finished High school.
He entered the hall and was engulfed by a sickining happiness he'd rather not involve himself in.
Off to the right of him he could see Seungmin and Hyunjin posing for a photo, hands clasped together, Hyunjin making a kissy face while Seungmin just smiled.
They were a couple now. It sickened him to his core, but he was happy for them. Felix stayed for the last year in school too. What started as sympathy for Jisung turned into Felix being the most loved and popular guy in their year.
Chan and Changbin stayed close friends. They were standing alongside Felix. Changbin stood close to Felix too. They were dating as well.
It seemed like everyone he knew had someone. Chan didn't want anyone, he didn't see people romantically he said once. Jisung could only vaugly recall that time. It was so long ago.
And Jisung? A pessimist he became.
He stood at the hall door still. He hadn't moved. He looked over to his left and there stood Eunha and her gang. She had changed too. Obviously she was visiting from collage, all her friends were in Jisung's year. But she was actually nice now.
Jisung sighed. He walked over to the gang he was friends with. That being the two couples and Chan and Jeongin.
"Oh Jisung hey!" Chan waved. He was wearing a shirt and pants, both black. Changbin smiled over at him too. They both wore nice clothes since they came to see their graduation.
Jisung had left to get some air after feeling sick the entire duration of the graduation.
He stood beside Felix who took the last photo he was willing to take of the couple.
"Okay that's it I've taken at least 100" he puts the phone down from his face and hands it to Hyunjin.
"Thanks!! Since Jisung is back let's get a group one!!!" He exclaims. Jisung hated photos. He found that as the year went by he lost interest in most things.
"I'm okay, I don't want any photos" Jisung protests but Felix snaps a photo of him anyway. "Well now you have one, which is a bad one" He laughs. "May as well get a good one with friends" he nudges Jisung to join.
Friends. Jisung knew they were only putting up with him because they felt the need to.
He'd rather them leave him alone then continue trying to make him someway happy.
Hyunjin threw his arm around Jisung and smiled. "Come on, smile just this once. I know you can" He smiles himself. Jisung found it rather a task to do then something simple that a person should be able to achieve with ease.
Felix stood in with the other three after showing Changbin how to take a photo on an iPhone and got ready.
"Okay, on three" Changbin spoke. "One, two, three-Cheese!" He says aloud.
Jisung forced a smile. It was so fake, even when looking at the photos taken he could tell it was fake. You could tell he was faking it. God you'd think he was sad to leave school.
He was quiet the opposite of that. He couldn't wait to leave.
"AWW, look at us" Felix coos as he stares at the photo. He doesn't seem to notice the agony that Jisung looks like. Hyunjin agrees. "We've grown up so much" he's near tears.
Jisung tries his best to hold back a fake gag. Seungmin laughs "Don't worry, a new chapter is beginning!" He kisses Hyunjin's cheek.
Jisung had enough of this. "I'm gonna go" He announces. Felix pouted. "Aren't you gonna come to the after party?" he asked. Jisung felt his body tense. He hated parties.
Felix seems to realise this and nods. "Okay, I'll see you later" He said instead sounding more bored than he previously was. Hyunjin and Seungmin wave him off as Chan and Changbin say some goodbyes.
Then he's alone again. Walking the corridors he's walked for the past six years for the last time.
He reaches the doors and takes a deep breath of the warm summer air. It's horrible but it's better than being surrounded by people he knew he wasn't wanted by.
He took off the stupid robe he had on from the graduation and threw it into the bin. "Stupid shit" he mumbled.
He was going to take the bus home but he thought that going to a Café nearby would be better then wasting his time at home feeling sorry for himself.
So sitting at a cafe would be a new place for him to feel sorry for himself.
He walked down the streets, feeling oddly like an adult than before. He had been since he was 18 but thinking about it now, he was really an adult. He wasn't in school anymore.
He also didn't apply for a collage. He had to tell his mom and dad that still, he wasn't going to collage. He wanted to live his life.
He entered Sunshine café. An nostalgic smell and look still remained. He sighed as he walked up to order his coffee and cheesecake.
He then went to sit down in the back as far away from people as he could so he could be a sad bitch by himself.
Ever since that evening when he found that note from him. Jisung didn't even want to utter his name. It hurt too much.
Ever since then his life completely shifted. It completely turned to shit and he felt hopeless countless times. He became exactly what Minho wished he wouldn't.
He wouldn't smile. He didn't work hard and worse of all he wasn't happy anymore.
