DISCLAIMER: I know some people find translations annoying, it's not a regular thing, just mainly when he's around his mother because that's her first language. Also I use google translate so there might be a lot of incorrect grammar for those who do speak spanish.

"You told her you'd call him," I said after I stepped out of the shower behind Rio. He was right, his mom would be gone for a while. It's around one and she still isn't back.

"I know," he replied as he slipped on his underwear.

I followed him into his room, the towel still wrapped around me. "Are you?"

"I'll do it after I get dressed," he said.

I nodded as I clipped my bra. I dressed in jeans this time with a simple grey hoodie and converse. Rio slipped up his black jeans followed by a black tee. "What do you want to do until they get back?" I asked.

"I wanted to stay in bed," he replied and I rolled my eyes.

"Do you always stay in here when you visit?" I asked.

"Yeah, pretty much. The kids are annoying and well, they're kids." He said and I laughed.

I'm glad we share the same opinion on kids even though that's a topic that isn't ready to be brought up in our relationship, I'm still glad we agree. "Let's go find a place to eat," I suggested.

"My mom will kill me if she finds out we ate anything before her dinner," he said.

I whined. "I'm hungry," I said.

He smiled at me. "Let's go."

While driving I saw a pizza shop. There weren't any parking spaces near so Rio had to park a block away. "So if this is where you and Danny are both from, how come you both ended up in evanston?" I asked as we walked down the block.

I felt his hand tighten around mine a little. "I planned to move there on my own, I don't know about him. I didn't know he was in the same city as me until Nicole brought him around everyone." Rio replied.

"So none of you knew where each other were? You just both ended up in evanston?"

"I assume he stayed in the city he went to college at so I was surprised to see him. He probably knew though," Rio said.

"Knew what?" I asked.

"That I was there," he mumbled.

"How would he know? You think he came to evanston on purpose?" I asked.

"No, I don't know." He replied while shaking his head. "No. It could've just been a coincidence," he said and opened the pizza shop's door.

I walked in and he followed behind me. "Rio!" A male's voice sounded through the shop, making my eyes dart to the source.

Rio grabbed my hand and stepped ahead, kind of in front of me. "Sergio," Rio replied, shock in his voice.

The man, Sergio pulled Rio in a hug, patting his back. Rio's hand left mine to return the man's hug. "I thought you moved," the man said once they pulled away.

"I did, I'm just here with my girlfriend." Rio said. "I'm leaving in two days actually, I'm just visiting my mom."

The man Sergio's eyes fell on me before smiling. He waved before looking back at Rio. "You really did change a lot," the man said as he took in Rio's appearance. "Style, not so much but I can just tell." He said. "We should go somewhere before you leave," the man suggested then brought up a club.
