chapter 12

Sirius pov

I saw Remus immediately hug y/n when we got back. Something happend there and I don't know what. Y/n went to go help Mrs potter with dinner and me James and Remus sat upstairs and talked.

"Uh Remus. What happend at digon alley" I asked

"Oh! Y/n saw Regulus and your mum and she was trying to get to y/n so I brought her into zonkos to hide and when she passed by us we ran down to the potters and told them. When we got back in hugged her and she said thanks" he explained.

"Oh. Thanks for helping out with that." I smiled

"Ofcourse!"

"Boys! We're done!" I heard y/n yell up the stairs. We all got up and went downstairs. Me and James past y/n but y/n stopped Remus and asked him something. He nodded and then they sat at the table.

Y/n pov

Tonight's a full moon. Remus came down the stairs and I pulled him aside.

"Full moon tonight. Do you want help finding a spot?" I asked. He nodded and we sat down. We ate quickly and went upstairs.

"Hey I'm going to go on a walk I'll see you guys in a little bit." I said. The boys nodded and I headed out. Remus said he'd join me sad We left.

"Ok we need to go deep in the woods this way" I said. He nodded and followed me.

"Please be careful tonight" he said softly. "What happens if I hurt you tonight. We don't have the nurse to heal you?"

"Remus I'll figure it out ok. You shouldn't be worrying about me. I'm more worried about you then if you hurt me. I'll be fine."

"Ok" he said quietly.

"Here should be good." I said as we reached an abandoned house. "Sirius was telling me about this house when we got back from Christmas break" Remus nodded and I looked at him. "Don't be nervous. I know this is the first full moon actually knowing I'm here but you need to worrie about you not me. I'll be fine" I pulled him into a hug.

"Thanks for helping me. With everything " he mumbled into my shoulder.

"You don't need to thank me. Just making sure my friends are safe" we pulled out of the hug and he walked to the middle of the abandon house. I changed into my Animagus and watched.

James pov

Me and sirius where about to go to sleep when we heard a horrible faint shreik. We looked our the window to see if we could see what it was when my parents ran upstairs.

"Its a werewolf. Where's the other two" Mum said. Me and sirius looked at each other.

"On a walk" we said slowly together. We jumped up and ran past my parents.

"Boys get back here" I heard my dad say faintly but we ignored him. We ran into the forest and heard the shrieking get louder and barking. Then wineing then shrieking again. The barking continued quietly. We walked up to the abandoned house and looked through a window. The werewolf looked at the husky infront of it. The husky slowly walked up to it and brushed against his leg. The werewolf then threw it across the room after biting and scratching it. The dog whimpered and the werewolf stopped. It looked at the dog and sat down. The werewolf couldn't figure out if it wanted to be aggressive or not. It attacked it again in until the full moon past. The werewolf turned back to human and woke up. It looked over at the unconscious dog. I looked at the boy and it was Remus.

"Shit!" I heard him say. He ran over to the husky. "Come on wake up. Please. Don't leave me. I'm sorry" he said starting to cry. We watched as he looked at the dog.he rested his head on the dog. Then he said something that shocked me and sirius to our core. "Y/n please come back" sirius's jaw dropped. I stopped hom from jumping down there when the dog moved again. It looked over at Remus but he didn't see it. The husky slowly transformed back into a human. Not a random one though. Y/n.

"Remus?" We heard her say. His head shot up. He looked at her and smiled. " Are you ok" she asked. "Remus why are you crying" with these words Sirius couldn't do it anymore but I forced him to stay put.

"James she's hurt" he whined

"Remus is there" I responded.

"But that's why she was hurt"

"He didn't mean it. Remember when we talked about it in school"

"You payed attention to that"

"Yes. Ok well since you didn't he can't control it. He doesn't know what he's doing while he's a werewolf. That's why he rushed over to her when he came back. He knew he possibly hurt her and wants to keep her safe from him"

"Oh"

"Leave it for a minute"

We heard Remus talk again.

"Don't worry about me. Do you see you. I thought I was going to lose you" he said

"Yknow sirius would kill you of that happened"

"Yeah.i know. How are you feeling"

"In a lot of pain and slighty dizzy" He sat her up and she wrapped her arms around his neck. Remus quickly carefully wrapped his arms around her back. She rested her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes.

"Y/n? Y/n?!" Remus said with worrie in his voice

" can I go down there now" sirius asked. I nodded and he jumped through the broken window and ran down the stairs to them. I followed shortly after and sirius helped Remus get up. Y/n was still clinging onto Remus and he was to scared to let her go.

We got them back to the house and had to sneak past mum. Remus brought her into the fort and layed her down. Me and sirius sat on our bed while we waited for y/n to wake up.

Sirius fell asleep next to me after an hour. Remus wouldn't leave her side. I decided to go to sleep as well.

"Remus please get some sleep. She'll be alright" I said quietly when I went to the fort.

"I'll try" he said. I nodded and header off to bed.

Remus pov

I fell asleep next to her making sure she was ok. I woke up suddenly when she said my name. I quickly jump up and she looked at me. The visible cuts were still bleeding heavily.

"Hey uh go uh. You should change into pajamas. Ok?" I said. She nodded groggyly and got up.

"Can uh you help me get to the bathroom" she asked. I got up and lead her to bathroom. She was walking super slow. I waited outside for her and she knocked on the door when she was done. I grabbed some bandages from the cabinet and went back into the room. She sat back down and I looked for blood. I saw a lot of blood on the back of her shirt already. I had her lift up the back of her shirt so i could wrap it. Her back was hurt the most from cuts, bites and a huge bruise.

"Do you know uh why your back hurts the most" I asked nervously.

"You uh" she hesitated "Sorta uh threw me across the room" she said quietly. " I hit my back really hard on the wall. I got up after that. I could tell you new you hurt me but uh you still couldn't control what happened after that"

"I'm so sorry. I should've been more careful or something to stop hu-"

"No. It was my fault. Don't blame yourself for something that you can't control" she said. I started to wrap her back and she wince every time I wrapped again or made it tighter. I looked at her arms and legs and wrapped anything that was bleeding. I sat infront of her and saw a huge scratch on her face and I new bite on her shoulder. I stopped most of the bleeding and put some bandages on her shoulder.

"You might need another shirt." She nodded and grabbed one. I brought her to the bathroom.  We walked back to the room and I grabbed her zip up from her trunk and threw it in the fort. She went in first and I followed. We turned off the fort lights and fell back asleep.

Sirius pov

I heard Remus talking to y/n then they left and came back a few minutes later. I couldn't sleep. I wanted to make sure she was ok but James told me to back off. He came back with bandages after around ten minuets the light went out.

She was awake and ok. I was finally able to fall asleep.
