Background: Percy is a Battleship built by Missouri with some help from KMS Belfast, KMS Hood, and KMS Enterprisen. Missouri had stopped by the abandoned island with his "Pets" as they call themselves to rearm after a tussle with the Royal Navy and Sirens. As they rearmed themselves Missouri came up with an idea to create a ship that had never been seen nor created before. Pulling up the schematics of his and Yamato's ship he combined them creating the one and only Perseus Class Battleship. At first he had taken her original name IJN Kii before renaming her after a good friend of his who went missing. After creating the necessary parts to the ship he then had the construction machine finish her before opening her pod. After explaining things to her she joined his group. She has the habit of calling him Dad, Meine Liebe, and ləv.
