"Do you want to stay here tonight?" Ric asked when the gang disbanded.

"I don't think so, sorry. It's just that we have a lot of planning to go over."

Ric nodded. "Another night," he whispered kissing me gently.

"Definitely."

"Uh hem," Dean cleared his throat. "You coming Ali?"

I nodded. "Let's roll," I said after kissing Ric goodnight.

In the car Dean spoke up. "So what's up with you and the junior hunter?"

"The what?" I asked confused.

"Ric," Dean ground out. "He's clearly not as skilled as we are, so he's a junior."

"If you say so oh grand puba of hunting."

"So," Sam started. "What is up with you guys?"

"Ugh," I said. "We're dating ok Dads."

I hated when they treated me like their little sister.

Sam gave Dean a look and they dropped the subject.

After our planning session I started to spend more time with Ric.

"When the time comes," Dean said one day while I was doing my kickboxing with Sam, "are you going to fight with us or Ric?"

I punched hard into Sam's padded hand. "I thought there were no sides. We are all fighting together."

"Yeah but," he smiled, "come on, who would it be?"

I rolled my eyes and kicked Sam hard. "Us of course."

"Good to know," Dean said.

The Salvatore's were letting us use their backyard for practice. They invited us to stay but Dean wasn't having it.

"And get eaten in my sleep, no thank you," he's said.

That night I went to Ric's for our weekly sleepover.  We ordered in and watched a movie.

"You have some serious skills," Ric said causing me to look up.

"Pardon?"

He smiled. "I was watching you with the Winchesters and I have to admit I'm impressed."

"Thanks," I said blushing.

"Maybe you could train me up a bit."

"If you're lucky," I said poking him in the chest.

"Already am," he said looking into my eyes.

I laughed. "Dork."

"You love it," he said kissing me.

The movie watching ended there. Ric was a good kisser and fantastic in bed, which was where we ended up.

We made love slowly, me sitting on his lap controlling the pace.

"Oh Ali," Ric said. "I love you."

I stopped and he flipped me onto my back. He sat up on his elbows and stared at my face. "Did you hear me?" he asked.

"I did. But it's only been a month..."

"Almost 2," Ric corrected.

"How do you know?" I asked.

He thrust into me hard, eliciting a moan from me,

"I just know," he whispered.

I was surprised when we came together, thinking for sure I would be first. It felt as though he put an exclamation point on his statement.
