Epilogue

"Zeke........ Where is he?...... He promised he'll be here..... Where the freaking hell is he?" Shauna shouted creating a ruckus in the house.

"Don't worry Shauna! He'll get Hector back before the graduation ceremony commences." Marlene tried to reassure.

Suddenly we heard a large thud. Turning around towards the source of the sound I saw Lynn lying flat on her back with her heels scattered around and her dress hiked up. "Don't even!"
She had fallen down trying to walk in her heels. Unable to control ourselves, we burst out laughing.

When it was under enough control, Lauren went and helped her up.
"Ugh! How do you guys wear these heels?"
"I Feel your pain Lynn. That's why I'm wearing boots." I said looking down at my light turquoise spaghetti strap mid-thigh dress and white boots.

"Lucky and intelligent huh?" Lynn said smirking as her golden eyes pierced into mine. She was wearing a red ankle length sleeveless dress. The cloth was gathered below the bust, then started to flow down to the floor. A pair of glittering red 4-inch heels and her brown hair being curled to make it fall graciously on her back made her look like the hottest amongst us all.

Christina nodded along to her comment, she had found her comfort in a purple knee length halter dress and purple ankle length boots.

"I don't know about those qualities but she got the hottest guy as her steady boyfriend so it should count for something!" Lauren replied with a knowing look on her face directed towards me. Her blue eyes and blonde hair was complimented by her cerulean quarter-length-netted-sleeve dress and silver flats.

"Hey! Don't just call Four hot, even our boys are hot...." Marlene started but was cut off by Lynn, " yeah but not as hot as Four."

Marlene huffed and turned around causing her beige ankle length dress to flutter along with her movement showing her beige 6-inch heels.

Shauna was still mumbling profanities under her breath with occasional decipher-able phrases like, "Hector, my baby.", "Zeke that good for nothing father.", " kill..... Zeke..... What if?".

As she mumbled she walked across the room causing us to see her model like figure even after getting a child. Her figure was pronounced more because of the forest green mid-thigh, tubed dress she was wearing. Her green 6-inch heels clicked on the hard wood floor as she continued her pacing.

"What is......" She started but was cut off by the sound of a little boy calling "mommyyyy!" From behind her.
Shauna turned around with a relieved expression on her face, "Hector!" She exclaimed once before gathering him up into her arms and embracing him.

"Hey me want hug too." Zeke shouted from the doorway already ready with his suit on along with a green tie. Shauna removed one arm from around Hector, stretching it towards Zeke who gladly accepted and joined into the family hug.

A sound of a loud "click" broke them out of their moment.

Christina had taken a picture in her Polaroid and was now waving her hands with the still white picture in it.
"This is going down into our 'Graduation Memory Book' " she said as she showed us all the pic.

"Me want one with my gurrrlllll toooo!" Came Uriah's voice from the doorway, causing Marlene to blush. Suddenly all the guys walked into the room including Tobias looking as dashing as ever. He was wearing a turquoise tie while Will wore violet and Uriah wore beige. Gabe wore red to match Lynn's outfit and Kynn wore a baby blue colored one.

" Hey beautiful!" I heard a whisper in my ears and looked up to see Tobias but before I could respond he had crashed his lips on mine.

"Hey get a room"

"Hey get a room"

We were broken out of our momentary bliss by the gang shouting the exact same thing as happening in the TV where the tape from our graduation ceremony, edited by Christina, was playing.

"They don't need one anymore." Uriah and Zeke said said in unison as a joke, pointing to my protruding belly.

"You got that right", Tobias said proudly rubbing his hand on my 7-month pregnant stomach.

"You guys are the third couple to get pregnant, and second to get married. Wow! Someone was in a hurry." Uriah said cracking a smile,
"Look who's talking. Who got Marlene pregnant on the day of graduation?" Tobias all but snapped.

Both Uriah and Marlene blushed profusely.

"That was 6 years ago people." Marlene tried to stop her embarrassment with a comment.
"Where is Noah by the way?" Chris asked from Will's lap.
"Playing with Shauna, Lynn and Hector. Can you believe he is already 10?" Zeke answered with a twinkle of happiness in his eyes.

"Where are Kynn and Lauren?" Will asked from underneath Chris.
"Where do you expect?" I asked.
Everyone shrugged. I just rolled my eyes at them.

"So Trissy poo..... Can you still fight like a karate-master?" Uriah mocked.
"Wanna try?" I asked, the hard on expression back on my face.
" No! You are not fighting these fools in this state." Tobias intervened.

"What state? Am I sick? No am I dying? No. Then why should I not fight?"I asked tears falling from my eyes. "To protect Joshua and Jesseline." Tobias replied wiping away my tears.

"Awwwwww! " Marlene said, "you have already named your twins...... So sweet!"

Suddenly Caleb burst through the door, a blushing Susan on his heel. "Tris she is pregnant." He said pointing towards his wife.

We all gaped at them and then burst out into cheers. When Shauna and Lynn came back with the kids we all sat down together to celebrate.

"So this is how it feels to be in love huh?" I asked.
I got my answer in the form of "totally", "yup", "love is in the air".

All of us were now grown ups, working as a member of the community to increase the GDP of the country as best as we can.

During our college years we had all gone of to different parts of the world but we had never drifted apart.

Now at 24 I can proudly say that true friends are the true gifts of life. No matter what, we will always be together. Like how we are now, back together in Muscat.
