8. Sleepover (part 2)

As soon as I reached the pantry and placed the cake down I felt a pair of arms pick me up, off the floor. I screamed but a pair of calloused hands clamped over my mouth. I bit into his hands and he let me fall. I landed in an awesome ninja move.

I turned to see Four.

I got up and cut out a piece of the cake and handed it to him. He looked at me in awe. I just smiled at him halfheartedly. Then I tried to run past him but he caught my arms.

He set down the cake on the slab and put a finger beneath my chin to lift my head up so that I had to look up at him, into his beautiful eyes.

" What happened Tris?"

" I-I- " and I started shaking.

He pulled me in for a hug and kissed my forehead.

I was shocked but my fear didn't let it show. I hugged him tight and answered him, " I'm scared of kidnapping. I'm sorry. I just feel so weak now."

" It's nothing to be sorry about. And your not weak, everybody has fears. Your brave to not let your fear take you down with it. If it makes you feel better, I'm claustrophobic." He says.

I look up " can you please not mention it to any of our friends.?"

" sure! I would not let Zeke and Uriah make fun of you anymore." He said smirking.

I again hugged him back till I heard a "ahem! Ahem!" In the doorway of the pantry.

We broke apart and saw Christina standing there with Will and then Will turned his phone screen to show us a picture of us hugging. " Would u care to explain how you were hugging Tris without getting hurt?" Christina says smirking.

I blushed till I could blush no more and Four started scratching the back of his neck absent mindedly. Then suddenly:

" I sent this pic to all of our friends and they will be here in 5, 4, 3, 2,1....."

And sure enough the whole gang was there.

Uriah picked me up and Lynn picked Four up. ( don't ask me how )

They both ran towards the swimming pool with all our friends tagging along and they threw us into the pool.

We both surfaced a while later and everybody else cannon balled into the pool.

The rest of the afternoon we passed swimming and having fun.
