Jimin POV

I couldn't shake the uneasy feeling as to whether or not we made the right decision. We couldn't take that risk of getting others involved nor could we ourselves could have gone and saved them. I felt so helpless to the point I felt suffocated.

They could escape right? I just couldn't help thinking. They had superpowers so they should be able to get out right? I mean if anything, shouldn't the scientists be afraid of them?

I ruffled my hair in frustration before walking into my kitchen. I just hope we made the right decsion.

Sato POV

I woke up only to cry out in pain. Everything hurt. My mind hurt. My body hurt. Just... everything.

Suno was quick to follow as I could hear groans coming from my left. The two of us had been tested and beaten to death all day. Its no wonder the only feeling in my body was pain. I looked down at my arms and legs and could tell by all the dark splotches that we were painted with bruises.

"I guess the scientist are human and actually need sleep" I try to bring the mood up after seeing Suno in a very distressed state. His eyes held fear and his body trembled as he stared lifelessly at the cold dirt floor. I had never seen Suno in such a distressed state before and it scared me because I didn't know what to do. I could see blood trickling down from Suno's head. His face was a lot slimmer now from being dependent on IV drops.

"Don't worry Suno... we'll be o-

"SHUT THE FUCK UP *BANG*"

My head snapped towards the door as I watched in fear. JK was getting manhandled by a bunch of guards as he was getting hit to the ground. I watched as the guard used his dirty boot to kick JK's head until it bled. JK kept glaring and letting out low growls as he continuously struggled to break free. Anyone could tell that JK was in a worsened state compared to the two of us. He had bruises from head to toe. His shirt was the colour of dirt and blood. No one would even guess that it was white before. He had large eyebags and a purple eye. His nose was covered in dried blood. The JK we saw struggling there was a sight I thought I would never see. The JK that used to hunt for us and singlehandedly defeat the foxes was now getting dragged away to hell.

The two of us sat in our cage as we watched JK get dragged away. Even after he was no longer in sight, we continued to sit in fear. I couldn't take my eyes off the place JK was just at. This can't be. This can't be happening. THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING RIGHT NOW.

"S-S-S-sato"

My head quickly snapped to my left and tears filled my eyes as I watched an endless stream of tears rain from Suno. Suno had broken down and was a hysterical mess. I couldn't help but let my tears fall down too.

I quickly went to pat Suno and tried my best to comfort him. "We'll find a way.... We'll be out soon..." although those words seemed empty to me.

"WHY US?!?! Why couldn't we just be left alone? Why are there so many bad people in this world? Why do they.....

Suno couldn't finish his words as my tears came down. "D-d-did you see JK?!?! H- he..."
