It was Saturday morning. I was still laying on bed next to JK. The bed was so soft, comfy and warm. I'm gonna miss this...

I remained in bed , waiting for JK to awaken from his slumber.

Since we escaped the lab I've been able to experience so many new things. I got to taste real and delicious food! Go to school, go shopping, go to a restaurant and much more.

It felt good. I was finally living like a normal person. I felt like a normal teenager for once.

If I were still in the lab, I wonder what I'd be doing now? Probably having my first routine alongside JK. Appa would be watching us as we get injected or something.

Then we have the foxes. I wonder where they are now? The last time we saw one was at school. After that we never saw one again. Should we be scared?

We can't forget the super kind old couple that drove us to the gas station. The cashier was very understanding and taught us a lesson we still hold on to in our minds.

JK was now shifting in bed. He finally turned and faced me. His eyes opened and I turned to face him too.

I smiled at him and he just shuffled closer to me so his head is in my neck. I'm happy I have JK with me. He's my world because without him I wouldn't be alive.

Then I remembered JK and his parents. Maybe after we leave we should work on seeking revenge. That would be a start.

"What are you thinking about?" JK mumbles and I could feel his hot breath on my neck.

"Just everything we've been through" I respond tracing circles on his arm with my finger.

"Well we still have so much more to experience together" JK says and I smile at his statement. That's right, together.

"Are you happy?" JK suddenly asked me.

"I'm happy as long as I'm with you!" I said smiling.

JK lifts his head from my neck and what he did next shocked me.

JK leaned in placing his lips on mine. We were kissing!

I closed my eyes and enjoyed the feeling. We kissed each other, soft and slowly as our lips moved in sync. It was a sweet kiss. Once JK lifted his head and stared at me I already missed the warmth of his lips.

"You're all I need to live" JK says.

I smile and wrap both my arms around his neck, pulling him into my embrace.

I wish all our mornings can be like this.

"What time is it?" I ask.

"5:30am" JK says.

"Well JK, will you do the honours and accompany me for an earlier morning fly?"

"Well V, I would like to take you up on that offer" JK says standing up and walking towards the window. I follow along as we both hop out the window and unfold our wings.

We fly around enjoying ourselves. It was still dark and all the city lights were turned off so we didn't have to worry much about getting caught.

I fly up next to JK and hold his hand. We flew up on top of a tall building and sat on the ledge.

The sun rise was set into motion. The sky was orange as the sun peaked out. It was beautiful.
I was so absorbed in watching the sunset. We both were that we completely lost track of time.
