Two weeks later Tony and I finished building the time machine. "Are we taking this to the Avengers?" I asked.

"I guess so," Tony said. We got in Tony's car and drove up to the compound. Tony started speeding when we got up to the entrance.

"Really?"

"I have to make a big entrance," Tony said. Steve was standing outside. Tony stopped the car when we got over to him and rolled down the window. "Why the long face? Let me guess: He turned into a baby."

"Among other things, yeah. What are you doing here?" Steve asked.

"That's the EPR Paradox," Tony got out of the car and walked in front of Steve, "Instead of pushing Lang through time, you might've wound up pushing time through Lang. It's tricky. Dangerous. Somebody should've cautioned you against it.

"You did," Steve said.

"Oh, did I?" Tony asked, "Thank God I'm here. Regardless, I, Aj, and I fixed it." He held up his right hand, it had the device we made on it, " A fully functioning Time-Space GPS. I just want peace," he made a peace sign with his fingers, "Turns out, resentment is corrosive, and I hate it."

"Me too," Steve said,

"We got a shot at getting these stones, but I gotta tell you my priorities: Bring back what we lost? I hope, yes. Keep what I got? I have to, at all costs. And maybe not die trying will be nice."

"Sounds like a deal," Steve said as he reached out his hand, Tony shook it.

Tony went back to his trunk it had to be for the shield. He picked Steve's shield out and handed it to him.

"Tony, I don't know," Steve said.

"Why? He made it for you. Plus, honestly, I have to get it out of the garage before Morgan takes it sledding or before Aj lets Morgan take it sledding."

"I would never," I said in a fake offended voice. Steve took the shield and put it on his arm.

"Thank you, Tony," Steve said.

"Will you keep that a little quiet? Didn't bring one for the whole team. We are getting the whole team, yeah?" Tony pulled his red briefcase from the trunk.

"We're working on that right now," Steve said.

"Ok," I said, "Now where's my wife?"

"She's inside," Steve said. I walked inside leaving Steve and Tony outside, I found Nat she was eating tacos. I took a taco off of her plate.

"Hey," She turned to me.

"Hey love," I said giving her a hug, trying to make her forget about me stealing her taco "I've missed you sorry I had to be gone for so long."

"I missed you too dorogaya," Nat said, "And now you owe me half of a PB and j and a taco," I rolled my eyes, "Is everything ok with Tony?"

"Oh, yeah, he's fine," I said, "we um, we did it."

"What?" Nat asked.

"It, we built the time machine thing," I said. Nat turned to me,

"Shut up," she said, "deadass?"

"Deadass," I said.

"Oh my god," Nat said excitedly, "I told you that you could do it, I knew it!" She kissed me.

The compound shook. "What was that?" I asked.

"Nebula, Rocket, and Rhodes must be here," Nat said, "Bruce and Rocket are getting Thor, and I'm getting Barton," Nat said.

"You are?" Nat nodded, "Where?"

"Tokyo," Nat said.

"Wow," I sighed, "when?"

"I leave tonight," Nat said.

I walked Nat up to the jet and said bye, then went to the lab Tony ran into the lab after talking to Bruce and Rocet, "Aj," he said, "I need you to go get Thor," he said.

"Bruce and Rocket are already going," I said.

"I need you to go too, ok?"

"Why?" I asked.

"Thor likes you, so we need you in case he says no."

"Don't you need me to help build."

"You'll have plenty of time to build, I need, we need you to get Thor." I thought about it for a second.

"Ok," I said, "I'll go." I got on the plane with Banner and Rocket and headed off to New Asguard.
