*River's POV*
I wake up sore, still a bit tired from the hero work done yesterday. I always remind myself to not put off my hero work until last minute to prevent this exact thing from happening but here I am, exhausted because of my own procrastination.
I turn on my phone to check the time and my stomach immediately drops.
"FUCK! IM LATE!"
I jump off the bed and immediately get to changing my clothes. I forgot that I was supposed to be at UA starting today and I slept in an extra 2 hours! I throw on the first things I grab and put my harness on, opting for taking the quicker way to UA instead of running there."Great first impression, River. Late on your first day, that'll go over well."
I see the UA buildings come into view and I make my way over to the main building. Just as I'm about to descend though all of a sudden I hear booming sounds. I look around and see smoke rising in the distance and then I hear people calling my name from below.
"Arsenal! Thank God you got here, if you know where the USJ building is you need to get over there now and help out now! Villains are attacking and we have a class over there right now! We'll catch up but you're faster so get there and make sure the students are ok!"
I immediately turn and head towards the pillar of smoke. I only pray to whatever is up there that this isn't the class Kat is tagging along with today or else some heads are getting knocked into each other.
*Kat's POV* ~30 minutes before the other teachers arrive~
After Uraraka activated her quirk I focused on throwing up walls of vines and thorn bushes behind Iida as he ran off towards the entrance, making sure to get them right in front of the misty villain's way and buy time. When he actually makes it out the door I block off the door with vines so that's it can't follow him outside while the other students focus on the villain itself, getting some good hits on before the villain disappears. Everyone starts checking on Thirteen to see if they're alive and I check my cellphone again to see if there's any signal but to my dismay there was still no service.
"Dammit, I still can't get a hold of anyone. I hope he comes back soon with help."
I say this more to myself as my mind starts to wander, thinking back to when the villains first showed up. Something kept coming up and I can't tell whether I should be ashamed of myself or excited at these thoughts.I was scared of course seeing all those people show up but I found myself being drawn to the last person to come out of the portal. It was obvious he was the main bad guy, hands all over his tall, lanky body. My eyes were immediately drawn to the bit of collarbone I could see but I swear he looked right at me for a second before I was pulled away by one of the students as a huge purple swirling some surrounds the remaining students, transporting them to other places inside USJ.

I'm pulled out of my thoughts right away as the front doors Iida ran out of are busted down, followed by All Might showing up. You could feel the relief come from everyone as he makes his way over to the center where everything was taking place. Following him up was River and I immediately draw their attention to us.
