Deep and Manvi were at Juhu Beach and started strolling. Manvi was enjoying the crisp wind. Manvi removed her sandals, and Deep also removed his shoes. They started to walk holding each other hands, feeling the water on their feet.
Deep glanced at her
"bahut khush ho?" he asked
"Haan.. aap jo hamesha saath dete hai" she replied briefly.
Deep smiles "aur agar kabhi nahi diya toh?" he asked
She looked at him and said "toh main toot jaungi aur mujhe vishwas hai aap mujhe tootne nahi denge"
"itna vishwas?" he asked astonished
"jahan pyaar hota hai waha vishwas bhi hota hai na" she replied
He smiled and saw her running towards the shore. He followed her and found her playing with water. She sprinkled some on him. He came out of his throughts "waha kyun khade hai aayie na idhar" she said
He moved and sprinkled some water on her. They sat on the ground tired. Manvi rested her head on his shoulder, she was feeling so relaxed away from the family's unnecessary drama. He is the reason for her happiness in the house and as long as he is with her, she can bear all the tantrums and insults from in-laws.
"ghar chale?" he asked. She nodded and both of them headed back home.
At home
Arohi opened the fridge and the light was off. She turned on the plug but it wasn't working. Arohi shouted "maa.. ye fridge kharab ho gaya hai"
Yamini comes out of the room and glared at her "kyun chilla rahi? ye fridge mahine mein teesri baar kharab hua hai.. naya fridge lena padega"
"haa.. toh bhabhi ko kaho apne papa ko bole" Arohi spoke
"sahi kah rahi hai tu.. pados mein wo Shanti ki bahu ke sasural se double door waala fridge aaya hai" Yamini said with her eyes turning greedy.
Arohi checks on her phone and shows her a few pictures "ye dekho maa.. ye sabse best fridge hai aur sirf 60 hazar ka hai"
"bahut hi acha hai.. hai kahan maharani?" Yamini questioned.
"bhai ke saath ghumne gayi hai aati hongi" Arohi replied.
Just then Manvi and Deep entered the house. Manvi was elated to go out with Deep 'thanks Deep aap bahar leke gaye mujhe.."
"anytime," Deep said
"oh maharani? kitna kharcha karwake aayi ho mere bete ka?" Yamini yelled at her.
Manvi sighed in disappointment, she said "dekhiye mai.."
"dekhna baad mein.. chalo apne baap ko phone karo aur double door fridge order karwao" Yamini ordered her.
Manvi was shocked hearing her "Double door fridge? aapko chahiye toh Deep le lenge mere papa kyun denge?" she asked
"mujhse sawal mat karo samjhi! jo kaha hai wo karo" Yamini shouted.
Manvi turns to Deep and said "deep.. Samjhao na apne maa baap ko behen ko! Mere maa baap aur dahej nahi de sakte hai.." she had a hope he will make them understand.
"Kyun nahi de sakte" he questioned.
Manvi was shocked for a second hearing his words "Deep... aap jante hai unhone shaadi bhi muskil se ki hai.."
"Really?? Vaishno devi jaa sakte hai tumhare maa baap! Tumhe gifts de sakte hai.. Lekin dahej ke naam par unke paas kuch nahi hai" Deep spoke in his hard tone which Manvi had never heard.
