Police Station
Aarav was sitting in front of the desk and the inspector was staring at him.
"Tujhe aur koi kaam nahi hai kya?? Har roj aake mere sar pe baith jaata hai.." Shinde said annoyed.
"Lawyer hun! Aapke sarpe aake toh baithunga hi" Aarav winks at him.
Shinde sighed deeply "dekh.. Tere kehne pe main jaata hun arrest karne lekin jab ladki aur uske parivaar waale hi complaint wapas le lete hai toh main kya karun?? Tere chakkar mein mujhe bade sahab se gaaliyan khani padti hai.."
"Iss baar aisa nahi hoga.. Ladki ka confession hai mere paas" Aarav spoke and forwarded the recording to him.
Aarav forwards further papers and some more evidence. "Mere client ke father ne FIR ki hai.. Ab unke statement aur unki beti ke statement ke basis pe tum unhe arrest karoge.. Isme uss mall ka bhi CCTV footage hai jahan pe usne meri client ke saath badtameezi ki.."
Shinde checks everything and smiles "waah re kya solid case banaya hai tune! Pakka na iss baar FIR wapas nahi lenge ye log?"
"Nahi lenge.." he assured.
"Thik hai karta hun arrest jaake pure parivaar ko.." Shinde agrees. Aarav smiles lightly and walks out of the police station taking the evidence along with him.
"Are.. inn papers pe toh sign karwana bhool hi gaya.. Kal subah court mein submit karne hai abhi le aata hun" He thought and goes towards Singhaniya house.
Here, RuManVi were at the party. Manvi either stayed with her mother or father the whole time.
A few people were staring at her. "are sunne mein aaya hai isne apni nanad ki shaadi tudwa di aur ab apne pati pe hi case karne waali hai" they began to gossip.
"pehle kya kum badnaam hue hai maa baap.. ab toh puri tarah se sharminda karegi unhe'
A tear escaped down her eyes hearing such harsh comments from society. Ruhana was about to answer them but Manvi held her hand. She denied as she didn't wanted any drama on Chintu's birthday.
Chintu notices that and gets angry at the gossip. He comes to Manvi and smiles at her. He sees Ruhana busy speaking to Sharda about something. He held her hand and takes her upstairs to cheer her up.
"Di ye dekho dadi ne mujhe ye dilwaya hai acha hai na?" he asked showing her the gifts.
Manvi smiles lightly "bahut acha hai.."
"lekin aap achi nahi lag rahi ho" He said sadly"
Manvi tries to hide her marks but Chintu pulls her cheeks "aap pehle ki tarah mere saath movies nahi dekhti ho, khelti nahi ho aur mujhe daant bhi nahi lagati ho kyun?" he asked innocently
"Chintu main.." she doesn't know what to respond to him.
Chintu side hugged her "aapko main aise hi pyaar karunga! aap aaj bhi meri favourite DI ho" he said meaningfully. She was touched hearing his words.
Suddenly the lights get off, she gets scared and shouts "Chintu.."
He said "Di.. ghabrao mat! Main na check karke aata hun lights kaise gayi aap yahi room mein rehna"
Manvi nodded and Chintu left from there. Manvi was frightened, she hated the darkness now. She wanted to go to her parents, She took a few steps ahead and someone grabbed her wrist tightly.
Before she could scream the person placed his hand on her mouth and pinned her to the wall. He fumed in anger a sharp voice said "Mujhe aur mere parivar ko jail bhijwaogi? Itni himmat badh gayi hai tumhari.."
