**Eddie's Pov**
I ran to the phone with Nancy. She put in the quarter and typed in the number. Someone must've pick up because she was talking to someone. She started telling them what happened to y/n and asked for El.
Nancy: yes I'll put him on so you can explain
Nancy handed me the phone.
Eddie: h hello? Is this El
El: yes, your friends with Mike?
Eddie: yes yes I know Mike, I'm I was wondering if I could ask you some questions about my girlfriend.
El: Nancy told me about her, had she had any visions?
Eddie: what do you mean 'visons'
El: a rainbow room? A hospital-like place? papa?
Eddie: no she didn't say anything about "visions", but she had a bloody nose. That I know for sure. Oh and Nancy said the lights flickered when she passed out.
El: what's her name again?
Eddie: y/n Henderson
El: does she have a number on her wrist? Or anywhere on her body?
Eddie: n no, at least I don't think so
El: are you sure
Eddie: yes I've seen every part of her body and never saw a number
El: that was too much information.
Eddie: oh sorry
El: I wonder if she's a passed experiment that never made it through to the rainbow room
Eddie: w what do you mean passed experiment??
The phone made a hang up tone telling us our quarter ran out.
Eddie: SHIT
I hung up the phone in anger. And put my hands on my face to cover my disappointment
Nancy: what'd she say
Eddie: something about y/n being an experiment of some sort and then the quarter ran out
Nancy: shit, well at least we can assume now?
Eddie: assume what? That my girlfriend is some regected experiment from some 'rainbow hospital'??
Nancy: look we can deal with more of this if she wakes up
Eddie: you mean 'when'. WHEN Y/N WAKES UP
Nancy: yes when y/n wakes up, right now let's just focus on that ok?
Eddie: yeah ok, let's go back to her room
Nancy and I walked back to y/n's hospital room
Robin: we should take shifts staying with her
Eddie: I'll take the first shift
Nancy: Eddie your clearly exhausted. Why don't you go home and come back tomorrow
Eddie: are you kidding? I'm staying by her side for everything. There's no way I'm leaving.
Nancy: ok suit yourself, I'm going to go home and shower and then come back.
Robin; I'm going to do the same
Eddie: Mrs Henderson why don't you go home for a little while too? I can take care of her
Mrs Henderson: I'll be back in a little while ok?
Eddie: ok
I sat by her side and watched them leave. That one hair that seemed to never want to stay behind your ear was in your face again so I pushed it back. I asked the nurse for a blanket and pillow so I could sleep next to her. I kissed her head ever so gently and laid back in the chair next to her. I grabbed her hand and rubbed it with my thumb.
Eddie: I wish you were awake to hear this but I love you so much darling. Sleep well. .
