Eddie's Pov
I layed her back down on my bed and dashed to the phone.
Mrs Wheeler: Wheeler Residence
Eddie: hi Mrs Wheeler its Eddie, can you please put Mike, or Nancy, or Johnathan someone on the phone. I need to talk to them
Mrs Wheeler: sure hold on
Nancy: Eddie what's up?
Eddie: it's time to put our plan into action. It's happening
Nancy: be there in 5
I hung up the phone and ran back to check on y/n, but her body was gone.
Shit shit shit
Before I knew it the whole crew was here and ready for battle. Even Dustin, he hadn't seen me since Christmas and looked like a truck had hit him.
Dustin: right so Nancy, Steve, Johnathan, and Robin. You guys go to the Creel house but through the gate we discovered by the lake. Eddie you and me go distract some bats. Max, Mike, Will and Lucas, you guys help El get into her salt bath thing and make sure she's safe while doing her mind thing to help y/n. Let's go guys.
Dustin and I went through the water gate with Steve, Johnathan, Robin, and Nancy. This place was creepy as hell. It was like everything we see and knew as Hawkins was disfigured and disturbing looking.
Steve: Stop taking in the beautiful view and let's go safe y/n.
That's when the ground began to shake.
Vecna: oh look her little anterage is here.
Eddie: you fucking freak where is she?
Vecna: right here
He revealed y/n wrapped in vines and struggling to breath. Were we too late?
Dustin: let her go!
Vecna: I don't think so.... She is the thing that I want. She can make me all powerful
El: hello Henry
Vecna: ah number eleven
El: let her go Henry
Vecna: what happened to you eleven, I had so much hope you'd be by my side.
El suddenly let out a blood curdling scream and raised her hand making Vecna be held up dangling by her control.
El: go, get to y/n
Steve and Nancy ran up to y/n while Dustin and I started fighting off some gnarly bats.
I could hear Steve yelling at y/n to wake up. And I couldn't help but stare for a moment before a bat came up behind me and got to my arm.
Eddie: Robin a little help??
Robin: shit yeah I got it.
She came up with her bat and started swinging. The bat flew off but not without taking out a good chunk of my arm. That'll leave some scar. Robin grabbed her bandana and tied it around my upper arm tightly to stop the bleeding for now.
Eddie: thanks
Robin: yeah no prob... LOOK OUT
Before I could process what she said a whole fleet of bats attacked me, and pinned me to the ground. I could see Dustin and Robin try to fight them off of me.
Johnathan: he's loosing blood too fast
Robin: Eddie, you gotta fight for y/n
Dustin: c'mon man, c'mon
I felt my eyes being to close giving into the slumber that awaited me.
Steve: SHES FREE!
that's all I needed to hear, I got the strength to stand up and bull these bats off of me.
Eddie: y/n!! Y/n....
Her lips were blue, and there were bruises around her neck and arms.
El: I can't hold him any longer
Hopper: Don't worry I got him
Joyce: WE'VE got him, Hop.
Hopper: sorry, *we've got him..
The two of them sprinted towards the monster being suspended by El.
Hopper: El you can drop him, Joyce prepare your flame thrower.
The two of them lit Vecna on fire.
Vecna: You're too late anyway number 5, is completely under my control. You really thought I was being held up by you eleven? Your so weak, it gave in seconds after lifting me up. I just played along. Come number 5.
I looked at y/n with worry, her eyes looked just white, while her stance was zombie like.
Steve: y/n, I know you can hear me
Hopper: he's tricking you kids, now get out of here. Joyce and I will take care of y/n and Vecna.
Nancy, Johnathan, Robin, and Steve listened to the strange man and ran out of there while I stayed put.
Joyce: Eddie, leave please.
Eddie: how do you know who I am.
Hopper: doing an introduction right now is probably not the best idea, get yourself out of here kid. We'll take care of the rest.
Eddie: I'm not leaving y/n...
Joyce: neither are we just please get back home and take care of your wounds. You lost a lot of blood.
Eddie: I said I'm not leaving
Hopper: look kid, I really don't feel like carrying two limp bodies right now ok?
Joyce: Hopper, a little more sensitive?
The two of them made Vecna disintegrate into a tiny speck of dust. Leaving y/n a lifless body on the ground.
Eddie: Y/N,
I ran to her and lifted her up then the ground began to shake.
Joyce: ok now it's really time get out of here.
Hopper: agreed let's go.
I ran with y/n in my arms, ignoring the sting of her skin rubbing up against my fresh wounds. Bats, pieces of the Upsidedown came crashing down on us. We made it through the gate and back to land. I placed y/n down on the ground and started to perform cpr.
Steve: Eddie, get yourself to a hospital,you'll bleed out.
Eddie: not until I know she's safe
I quickly ran out of breath and felt light headed, I didn't give in though I pushed on until I saw her eyes flutter open. She coughed before looking at me and smiling.
Y/n: Eddie?
I smiled back before everything went black...
