When the morning comes, just like any other morning, Phana runs in the early morning, followed by Ming going to the gym, leaving the apartment empty. 

when Ming returns from the gym, he checks on Phana, who is usually still cooking in the kitchen, but today he's already seated at the dining table with breakfast served on the table, and he is busy with his phone "done already?" Ming asked Phana.

"Yes" Phana answers not looking at Ming at all

"Phi?" Ming Usually doesn't get upset when Phana ignores him, but this time Phana has been too focused on his phone since he's back, usually, Phana only gets this focus when he gets a text from Beam or a consultation from the hospital, but for today Beam and the hospital will not bothering Phana because Beam at the new year's service and today is a public holiday; that means Phana can only be bothered after 12 PM.

"Hmmm...?" says Phana still ignoring Ming

Ming turned Phana's head "Phi..." said Ming softly, the softest he's ever done "It's breakfast time" he continued "remember you say, no phone when eating?" Phana nodded "then do it." Ming says firmly

"What's this?" Asked Ming after he took a spoon of brown porridge, he was stunned by the flavor of brown gooey rice that taste strange.

"It's a fried porridge."

"A...what?"

"Fried porridge" Phana answered "it's wow right?" convince Phana after he takes a spoon

"W.O.W, SO WOW!" Ming shouted, "so you take the chicken porridge and fry it?"

"Oh...no" Phana denied "I bought it" he explains "Cool right, it's like fried rice, but instead of rice you get porridge" he adds "and btw, its not just chicken meat but also asked for the mixed organ so you'll get intestine or liver also"

"You bought it?"Ming says and Phana nods "you are like..." Ming continues " the most routine, disciplined, neat people I ever know" he adds; remembering Phana always makes his own breakfast "you would not change anything except you are so eager or so furious about it." he finishes

"Yeah..." Phana says, "and I went to uptown for running" he adds "so..."

"You went to uptown?" Ming asked shocked "you said uptown is the new money area, and you hate the new money."

"Yeah of course. it was an old-money playing ground, and suddenly just gone" Phana uttered "and speaking of old money playing ground," Phana says and Ming turns his head from the bowl to Phana "I found a cute little park there, inside it, there's a monument I believe its belong to the last Duke and Duchess of Lasem residence's gate" he stated "but if you look at today' it'll make you sad"

"Why is it sad?"

"We can't see the gate from outside, well just a glimpse of it, we have to walk through the trees and bushes, and let me tell you, there is no good way to going through it, its like a mix of mud and pavings," Phana complaint "and that reminds me to clean my shoes" Phana groans

Ming just listens to Phana while busy eating his fried porridge

"I mean it's beautiful monuments it made from portland stone, and on top of it a big metal urn was standing" He explains "Can you imagine if it's an active gate, and you lit the urn, it will be majestic" He adds "and don't get me started with the decoration on each side" he stopped "such a beauty" he finishes
