It was almost 7 PM when Phana woke up, he rushed to jump off his bed when he realized he missed his morning routine, he runs gets out of his room, and he was surprised

"I get you a croissant," Ming greets when he saw Phana coming out of his room, Phana is startled, he rubs his chest and walks towards the dining room, he picked up a bottle of mineral water and sits next to Ming at the dining tables "here," says Ming when he handed a plate of seared croissant, honey butter and orange marmalade "your favorite," says Ming explains, he remembers it's what Phana likes when they first discover a small Pâtisserie near Phana's apartments called half/half Pâtisserie 6 months ago. 

"You want?" asked Phana when he sees Ming's side; only his tablet and a cup of coffee were there

"I got something," says Ming while pointing at the brown paper bag on the island countertop

When he sees the paper bag; Phana walks away, grabs a plate, and takes out the dirty pain au chocolat from the bag, Then he returns to the table, takes Ming's tablet, and replaces it with the plate. Ming looked at him "accompany me to eat" asked Phana, Ming just nodded "thanks." 

"How's your Tamagotchi?" asked Phana after he finished his croissant 

"He dead already" 

Phana burst "what?" he asked shocked, they only hatch it last night and Ming's Tamagotchi already died "how come?" he asked back

"I don't know what happened" MIng responded, "but, I think I'm overeating him" he adds, it makes Phana frown, how can Ming overeat his Tamagotchi "well, you know, every hour he is awake?" Phana nodded "and every time he awakes, I let him eat" Ming explains

"What?" Phana curious

"The last time I checked" Ming remembers the last time he check on his Tamagotchi; it was 4.30 AM "he's like 3 years old and he's 35 kilos" 

"HAHAHAHA!" Phana laugh out loud

Ming frowned "and what about you?"  he asked Phana

"I haven't checked on him." Says Phana, he rushed to his bedroom and picked up his Tamagotchi. when Phana returns to the dining table Ming has already hatched his Tamagotchi eggs for the second time.

Ming sneaks a little bit to Phana Tamagotchi, Phana's son is just as small as yesterday and he is dirty "I am a better parent than you are, I wash him, clean him, feed him, and you didn't do anything, and mine is death?" he argues "it's almost 12 hours since we were asleep?" 

Phana looked at his phone "No lah" he retorted; his phone shows it was almost 8.30 "It's only 10-ish, I was sleeping at 10.20"

"My point is, how can my Tamagotchi is dead when I take care of him well," says Ming "see, yours is almost the same size as mine," Ming adds while showing his newly hatched son to Phana

"Wow you are so competitive" Phana ponder "maybe, that's why you never had a Tamagotchi buddy" he mumbled

"What?" 

"Nothing," says Phana shrugging his shoulders

Because it's Sunday, Phana and Ming take a day off, well, at first Phana plan to take a half day off, he still needs to do a daily ward round, but when he looks at his phone; turns out Phana and Ming lost in conversation, they still seating in the dining room and the clock points to 2.30 PM, what did they do? just talking in the same dining room since they finished their breakfast, so that's why Phana cancel his schedule and just shifted ward round to online consultation.
