CHAPTER 8: ENCHANTED

20 Years Later

The wall were all white and had grey tinted in them. The room was absolutely huge .

There was a four poster bed at the far right end of the wall and in the center of the room there was a grey carpet.

At the far back end of the room, they were two doors.

One leading to a walk in closet while the other door lead straight into a bathroom that could house at least three people.

The room was certainly deemed fit for royalty.

While also excerting that cool,teen vibe.

Which was the point.

Laying on the soft mattresses and pillows was Princess Lily. Being carefree as always with no regards to what was happening outside her room.

LILY'S POV
I was certainly going to freeze that cockerel shut for waking me up from my glorified sleep.

Before I could even regain myself, my hand maid Jane flew into my room accompanied by some other sets of maid.

Now I was really going to lose it . Couldn't anyone allow me to have some peace here.

I gave her a playful glare because I could never truly be mad at Jane. She was more than a maid to me . She was my best friend, She has been with me since I was around seven years old.

And I really loved and cherished her.

"Alright enough dozing now my princess". said Jane

"You need to get ready immediately "

They started stripping the duvet from my body and were literally pushing me out of my bed.

"Hey!" . "What's the rush anyway".

"Well my Princess,since you clearly forgot,let me give you a hint 'Enchanted' .

And that's when I felt like the world stopped spinning. I instantly ran straight to the bathroom not even waiting for my maids to follow me.

Today was one of the biggest days in my life and I forgot about it all because I wanted some beauty sleep.

I have been preparing for this day for months and here I am wasting valuable time .

After Jane and the maids finished setting up the bath for me .

I dived into the warm water and started thinking of this exciting day.

Today was the day that I will get admitted into the Enchanted forest academy. It was the school for all things magical and powerful.

You can only get admitted when you reach the age of sixteen . Which luckily for me , I just had my birthday two months ago.

In the academy you get to meet professors, lecturers,mages, and high class magical legends from across the lands at your feet teaching you and grooming you on how to use your powers to your highest potential.

I have read so much about the enchanted forest academy and I can't wait to indulge in all activities that awaits me there.

I finished my bath, dried up and got dressed thanks to the help of my lovely maids.

I made my way to the dinning hall ready to receive a life time of teasing from my family for being late .

I stroded gracefully into the dinning hall and saw my mom and sister already seated.
