Tuesday morning at school....
Sammie rush into school, nearly colliding with Emma.
Emma: Sammie! I was looking for you, Maria's almost ready to get started.
Sammie: All right, lead the way.
Emma starts to walk, but then stops, frozen.
Sammie:....Emma? You okay?
Emma: Well, I'm....actually scared. I hope Brian's not in our group.
Sammie pull Emma close to her, her head resting on Sammie's shoulder.
Sammie: I'm not thrilled about him either. But I'm here for you, just like day one.
Emma: But what if he makes me cry again?
Sammie: If he does, I'll make him cry again. No one messes with you while I'm around.
Emma: If that's the case, we'd better go do this tour.
Sammie: First, one thing....
Sammie run her fingers through Emma's hair and tenderly kiss her. She kisses back, holding Sammie.
Sammie: There.
Emma: Wait, but now I'd rather stay here with you. And with kissing.
Sammie: Nope, it's tour time. Let's go rock this.
The ladies head down the hall and greet Maria.
Maria: There you are! I've been waiting for you forever!
Sammie: Sorry, I got distracted getting ready. And then my dad kept making all these coffee puns....
Maria: Well at least you're here now. Come on, we have to get moving!
Maria lowers her voice.
Maria: Just so you know....Brian and Zoe are both in your group.
Emma: No! Please. Anyone but them!
Sammie: I'm with Emma. Can't somebody else show them around?
Maria: I'm really sorry, but you're the only one who can handle them.
Sammie: So you're telling me this tour isn't gonna be easy.
Maria: I did this because I trust you. You're prepared, right?
Sammie: You know, I'm on top of this! I went over my talking points again on the way here.
Maria: Awesome! I knew I could count on you. Remember, your job is to make Berry look great to all these new students. Get them excited to be here.
Sammie: Got it.
Emma: I can't wait to meet everyone....excluding Brian and Zoe naturally.
Maria leads Sammie over to a large group of Hearst students by the lockers.
Maria: Here's the group you'll be showing around.
Sammie take in the group, seeing both old and new faces.
Jade: Hey. I'm Jade.
Tucker: Tucker here. What's shakin'?
Brian sizes Sammie up with a nod.
Brian: Looks like Berry High's just as lame as I left it.
Zoe: Ugh, I think it got worse.
A tall, blonde student coughs to get Sammie's attention.
???: Tour guide, if I might see the music studio and then excuse myself? I must practice in the mornings.
Zoe runs her manicured nails along his arm.
