Y/N pov:

Me and my dad just moved to a new town, yay. Can you sense the sarcasm? The only good thing I got out of this was a new car.

As I finished putting up all my posters, I could only think about all catch up homework I will have. My dad pulls me out of my trance by knocking on my door.

"Yes?" I say as he walks in.

"What do you want for supper? I was thinking pizza." He speaks.

"Yeah, pizza sounds great," I replied as he walked out.

*Time skip to the next day*

As I step out of my car, I can't help to notice how big the school is.

Glenwood lake high. Next 2 years of my life. As I'm walking to my locker, I can't help but notice a boy get trampled over.

" Are you okay?" I question him. Then a guy with long hair comes to help him with his stuff.

"Skip Hoffman sucks pig dicks." says the guy with long hair.

"I don't think he was trying to hit me. I was just in the way."

"Oh no, he was definitely trying."

"I'm Kevin, and this is my friend Hunter." The shorter guy, now none as Kevin, says.

" Do either of you happen to have speech first?" I say hoping to find someone to tag along with.

"Oh uh, I do," says Hunter.

The walk to speech class was awkward, no one talked just pure silence until Hunter said something.

"So, Y/N do you have any hobbies?"

"I like to read and play the bass. How about you?"

"Cool, I play guitar and sing sometimes. Have you ever thought of being in a band?" he asks.

"Yeah" I simply reply.

And FINALLY, we were in front of the classroom, talking to Hunter wasn't bad I just want to get this class over with. Once we walk in the teacher gives me my seat right by Hunter.

About 20 minutes in I get a note.

'What kind of music do you like? - Hunter'

'Rock and metal, you?' I write back.

'Same all though, metal is more my thing,' he writes.

'Can I sit by you at lunch?' I write kind of nervously.

'Sure' He writes back.
