You shot out of bed, quickly looking around the room. You stood up and walked to your dresser until you stopped yourself mid-step.

"I can't go to school," you realized aloud, letting out a mixture of a sigh and a chuckle as you kept i walking to the dresser to change into pajamas. You already knew you'd get scolded by Steven for still wearing your bakery uniform, and you didn't feel like trying to calm him down. So, instead, you were just going to make it look like you had been in pjs the whole time. Once you were done changing into the comfortable pajamas, you were fully awake and pulled out some s'more pop tarts after catching yourself from almost forgetting about eating breakfast. You also picked up your phone, quickly switching to your messages and began texting Esther, a pop tart in your mouth.

You already texted Steven about it, who was completely alright with it as long as you weren't alone.
