Cara stepped into the doorway clutching a bouquet in one hand, the other holding on to Clint's arm. As she slowly began to walk toward the end of the isle everyone was standing watching her in awe, but she only had eyes for Steve. Standing at the end of the isle, Steve was smiling at her with tears in his eyes. She couldn't help but tear up herself smiling back at him. He looked so handsome in his navy blue tuxedo, hair combed neatly, those ocean blue eyes making her melt the closer she got. In return Steve couldn't help but think how beautiful she looked. From the carefully chosen 40's style dress and matching lace heels, to each little curl of her hair. The way her lips framed her beautiful smile and those damn crystal blue eyes he loved to get lost in staring at him, he was so in love with this woman he felt like he could explode.

As she and Clint reached the end of the isle they paused as Clint hugged her kissing her forehead before turning back to Steve, the bridal party and their minister-

"Scott??" Cara said suddenly realizing who was standing behind Steve.

Steve took her hand and she stepped opposite him, handing her bouquet to Nat. Still very confused she looked from Scott Lang to Steve and back again as Steve held both of her hands in each one of his own.

"I'll explain later." Steve whispered quickly as Scott cleared his throat.

"We are gathered here today on this lovely day which isn't too hot or too cold, but just right, to celebrate the union of Steven 'Captain America'  Rogers and Cara Rae Barton. Who just like the weather, and just right for each other." Scott began.

"Really Steve? There was no one else?" Cara whispered.

Steve gave her a nervous smile as Scott went on.

"We celebrate their union not only as their friends or best friends, but as their family. This one big weird family. The couple as I was informed 30 minutes ago when I was asked to ordain this wedding, has written their own vows." Scott went on.

Cara could only look at Steve in a questioning manner. What the hell had happened to the minister and when the hell did Scott get ordained? Better yet, whose idea had it been to ask Scott to fill in?

"Cap, you want to start us off?" Scott asked.

"Dear lord-" Cara muttered.

Steve gave her a disapproving look as he nodded clearing his throat.

"Thanks, Lang." Steve began.

He squeezed both of her hands looking deep into her eyes and suddenly it was like everything else had disappeared, like it was just them in this moment.

"Cara Rae, from the moment I first met you, I knew I wanted to marry you. You're the most fascinating, beautiful, funny, smart, amazing, frustratingly stubborn, and perfect woman I have ever met. Ever since I came out of the ice I've felt out of place in a time that I don't belong, until I met you. My whole world fell into place that day and I knew exactly where I was meant to be and that's anywhere with you. I love you with every piece of me and I can't wait to spend every day for the rest of our lives, showing you how deep my love for you is." Steve said.

A few tears were falling down her cheeks as she smiled at him so happy in this moment.

"Cara." Scott said.

She sniffled looking down a moment, exhaling as she looked up.

"Steven Grant, from the moment we met I thought you hated me. Nat and I actually referred to you as Captain hard ass." Cara began.

Steve laughed as did several other people.

"But as time went on, I couldn't escape the love I had for you. It scared me how quickly I fell for you, and every more so how deeply I loved you. We've already had more than our fair share of ups and downs as well unimaginable moments. But I look forward to forever, sharing our love that we have for one another, raising our beautiful son together, and being the family we always dreamed of. I love you more than anything in this life, and I can't wait to live in that love every day with you." Cara said.
