AN: Hi! Thanks again for reading, it means the world. As I said before this story will have 3 different endings. So, without further ado (wtf is that) this is ending one....

"Dustin, we need to help him!" Carrie cried, shaking violently. Her whole body had set into a panic. "I- I dont know what to do," Dustin began to join his sister crying. Perhaps it was the tears of her little brother or her love for Eddie but she quickly snapped into gear, remembering that she was the older sibling. "Hey, hey its okay, we're gonna help him," she wiped the tears from Dustins cheeks. "Erm, okay," she scanned around the room, her eyes fixing on a chair. "Okay, okay" she whispered trying to calm herself down and she pulled the chair and positioned it where she thought best. "Wait here okay," she told Dustin. "No! No way, I'm coming with you," Dustin argued back. Carrie breathed deeply, nodding. "Okay, I'm going to go first and then you can join okay," she spoke, trying her best to sound calm. Dustin nodded, his body still shaking. Carrie nodded to herself before taking a run at the chair, her feet touching it as she used to to spring herself through the gate way. To her surprise she was successful, successful in breaking her arm as she landed on the harsh floor of the Upside down. "Carrie!" Dustin shouted as he heard a bang on the ground. "I'm okay Dustin," she panted. "Im fine, but, but when you jump I want you to jump with the sofa cushion," she breathed heavily, wincing in pain. Dustin did as he was told, landing hard but the blow was soften by the sofa cushion. "Your arm," he said when he stood from the floor. "I'm fine," she replied, that's when they heard a deafening scream. "But Eddie isn't, come on," she shouted, bolting out of the door.

The siblings looked left and right until they saw the swarm of bats. "This way!" Carrie shouted to her brother. The swarm of demobats were gathered, nothing was fighting them, nothing was scaring them away. "No, no, no," Dustin began to panic. As the pair ran towards the bats, they began to leave, flying away but not towards them. They were just leaving, why were they leaving? Carrie continued to run, she was well ahead of Dustin.

Dustin hands flew to his ears when he heard a blood curdling scream. "NO!" Dustin recognised the voice as his sisters as he continued to run towards it, silently praying to himself. "NO PLEASE!" Carries cries could be heard again. Dustin had caught up with her now, his eyes welled with tears, his breath caught in his throat, no words came out as he watched his sistered cradling his friends bloody and battered body. "Come on Eddie, you're gonna be okay," Carries voice broke her brothers heart as he knelt beside her.

Eddie lay slain, covered in blood from head to toe. "Princess," choked from his voice. "Im here baby, you're gonna be just fine," Carrie attempted to smile as she stroked his hair out of his face. "Henderson," Eddie sobbed, motioning too Dustin who was now knelt. "You have to promise to look after those little shits in Hellfire," his words were choked and cut up. "No, no you're gonna do that yourself okay," Dustin cried. "Mhm promise me," Eddie demanded. "I promise," Dustin swallowed a sob. "You're gonna be just fine baby, please dont speak like that," Carrie begged. "I didn't run away this time right," his voice broke Carries heart. "No, no you did amazing, you're my hero Eddie, you saved me," Carries voice shook as she spoke. "You did amazing baby, I'm so proud of you," Carrie swallowed her tears. Eddie forced a smile with all he could. "Dustin go get help, Dustin!" Carrie snapped her brother back to reality as he set off running to find someone. "Car," Eddie sniffled, his voice getting quieter. "No, dont you dare say goodbye," Carrie shook her head. "Eddie, please, I just got you, I can't, you can't leave," Carrie voice was now a full sob, her body consumed by fear of loosing the man she loved. "Please Eddie," she begged, looking down at her hand that wore Eddies ring, "you promised you'd swap it for a wedding ring, Eds, dont shut your eyes. I love you, please," she continued to cry. Eddie squeezed her arm with all the force he had in him. "I need you please," tears rolled down Carries cheeks. "I love you, Princess," were his last words as she felt the grip on her arm go loose, slowly slipping from her. Her voice let out an involuntary scream as she gripped onto him. "Please, please, please, no," she begged as she held him as close as possible. She continued to cry, her breathe escaping her but she didn't care anymore. It was torcherous, the pain she felt inside felt like she was being ripped apart. Nothing could hurt like this.

"Carrie," she heard a voice behind her, giving her hope. "Steve, Steve you've got to help him please," she begged, looking up at her friend. "Please," she begged once again but there was nothing anyone could do. Grief consumed her so much that she didn't notice the ground beneath and around her beginning to open up. "Carrie," Steve sympathised but knew they had to leave. "We have to go," Steve spoke, putting his hand on her shoulder. She began to vigourously shake her head. "I'm not leaving him," she clung too Eddies body. "Carrie, please, he's gone," Steves voice broke. "No, no," Carrie shook her head, looking up to see the world collapsing around her. But her world had already collapsed, her world was gone. "Car-" Steve breathed deeply, Carrie continued to weep, small screams left her as she did. "Steve!" Dustin warned him of the collapsing world. Steve gulped, "I'm so sorry Carrie," was all he said before he grabbed the girl around her waist, pulling her with all his might as she kicked and screamed against him. "NO!" she shouted as Steve pulled her completely from the floor and over his shoulder. "We can't leave him please!" Carries cries for help shattered the people around her. Dustin had to look away, seeing the pain his sister was in crushed him. "Please," she sobbed against Steves shoulder.

When they had got into the real world again Carrie hadn't finished crying, she ran into Eddie trailer, knowing exactly what she wanted to take, she needed it more than the others. Crumpled on the floor she found it, his other Hellfire shirt, she wrapped herself around it taking in his scent. Crying harder, the group walked in, engulfing her within their hugs. All she could do was cry.

-----------

It would forever make Carrie sick that this god for saken town would never know the sacrifice that her Eddie had made for them, they'd never know how brave he was and they'd never know that he didn't run away. They'd blamed it on an earthquake, a stupid earthquake. She had to mourn for Eddie in private, only their small group knew what she was going through, and she was really going through hell. Yet, she wasn't mopping around which she had every right to be doing, she was helping her town, the town she now hated with earthquake supplies. She didn't think anyone would ever know what she was going through until he walked through the door. Eddies poor uncle, hanging up lost signs for his nephew. Carrie saw Dustin walking towards him and wanted to try stop her brother but she didn't get there in time. She could hear Dustin telling his uncle how amazing Eddie was, how brave he was and how much of a good person he was and she couldn't take it. Dropping the pile of charity clothes she held, she bolted to the door and straight threw it.

"So you're Eddies girl huh?" a gruff voice came from behind Carrie. "I-" she paused, how could he know who she was? "We didn't have many deep talks, but I once saw him use body spray before going out, I had to ask him who's the girl?" Eddies uncle chortled, shaking his head. "He shook his head, tried protesting, id never see him use soap never mind actual spray," his uncle smiled. "Then I saw you run out after listening to me and that curly kid talk, put two and two together, now forgive me if I somehow got five but-" his uncle gave Carrie chance to talk. "Eddies girl," she smiled, "I like the sound of that," she looked down at her shoes. "When he finally gave in to my pestering, he said, 'oh man she's so cool, listens to metal and everything'," his uncle did his best Eddie impression, putting up a rock signal with his hand. Carrie laughed through her tears. "You'll always be Eddies girl you know," his uncle smiled too Carrie, putting his hand on her shoulder and rubbing it before walking away and getting into his truck.

Carrie opened her jacket and looked down at the shirt she wore. 'Hellfire' sat across her chest, a proud smile creeped on her face.

 "Always Eddies girl."
