Even though, Snart closed off the hole, it wasn't completely fix. So Sara and Snart was locked into the engine.

"The bull head is designed to remain shut until the breach is sealed", Gideon tells Ray, Kendra Sara and Snart.

Meanwhile on ACHERON
Rip, Bonnie, Jax and Mick were taken to the ship lock up. And when they arrived, they had an unexpected guest.

"Captain Baxter. I'm Rip Hunter", he says, while getting up from the floor, from when the pirate bounded him down. "Im here to rescue you".

"I doubt it. You walked straight into a trap", Baxter says.

"I will admit that we have encounters some...unforeseen obstacles", Rip says.

"Right", Mick says.

"But we're gonna get you out of here in a second", Rip says. "Mr. Jackson, will you please see what we can do about disabling this force fielld?".

"You don't think I've tired that?", Baxter asks. "But all means, if you think this kid will have better luck".

"Who, who you callin kid?", Jax asks.

"Im sorry. I meant criminal", Baxter says.

"Actually, that's me", Mick says.

"And me", Bonnie says. "Hybrid. Bonnie. The one trying so hard, to not pull your tongue  out your mouth. Did it before, I can make sure it hurt less".

"Bonnie", Jax whispers.

"All of you are criminals, and if we ever do get out of here, the first thing I'll do is take you to the Vanishing Point to await trail before the Time Council", Baxter says. "The great Rip Hunter, but look at you know".

Bonnie looks at Baxter with amusement. Maybe because she feels something is off. Or maybe..."The great Rip Hunter".

"Yeah, look at me now", Rip says. "Helping you break out of a pirate's brig aboard your own timeship".

"I don't want help from a man who broke his oath, stole a timeship and decided to change history for his selfish reason", Baxter says. "Doesn't make any sense to me".

"No, I don't expect it would", Bonnie says. "Rip actually has a heart, but you...you have nothing. Your alone".

"You have no idea what your talking about", Baxter says.

"Where's your crew, Captain?", Bonnie asks. "Oh, alone".'
........
"I suppose this feels like a day at the beach for you?", Sara asks Snart, as there freezing their butt if in the engine room.

"If I had to pick a way to die, freezing wouldn't be the worst", Snart says. "What's it like? Dying? I imagine you've got a unique perspective".

"You know, it's funny. I mean, you'd expect it to be terrifying, just panic and fear", Sara says.

"What'd you feel?", Snart asks.

"I guess lonely. Yeah. Like everybody I loved was a million miles away. I mean, I don't like you, but at least I'm not dying alone", Sara says.

"Closest I ever came to dying was, uh...the day I met Mick", Snart says.

"Why does that not surprise me?", Sara says.

"It wasn't like that", Snart says. "It was my first day in juvie. I was 14 and the smallest kid in there by far. Some of the older kids wanted to make sure I knew it. So they jumped me. I fought back, but one of them had a shiv and I figured that was it until Mick stepped in. And they didn't mess with me after that. He's been standing up for me ever since".
