"Thank you for agreeing to accompany us, Mr. Diggle", Rip says.

"It's Conner", Bonnie says.

"It's not like I needed to stick around OliverQueen for anything", Connor says.

"Did you know?", Sara asks.

"Know what?", Rip asks.

"That this is what would happen to my city?", Sara says. "Oliver said the only reason that things got so bad is because we weren't there to help".

"I suspected that might be the case, but that's actually a good thing. Hm", Rip says. "Now, once our mission is complete and you, Bonnie and Dr. Palmer are returned to Star City in 2016, you will both be present to stop Grant Wilson's Uprising. This future is only a potential timeline".

"So this...this version of Star City...this doesn't have to happen?", Sara asks.

"Correct. The future is always in flux", Rip says. "Hopefully, this will never come to pass. This world isn't real".

"Let's split up. We'll cover more ground", Sara says.

As they were looking for the prototype, they were ambushed by Deathstorm and his people.

"Where's Connor", Sara asks, after the fight.

"He's been taken", Rip says, after picking up his bow.

"These are Grant Wilson's men", Sara says.

"The guy with half face and the body armor has a real mad-on for the kid in the hoodie", Mick says.

"Can I have a word?", Rip ask Bonnie and Sara.

"Rip..", Sara says.

"I know what you about to say", Rip says.

"We have to get hm back", Sara says.

"Yes, that", Rip says. "You're forgetting g this future is only a potential timeline".

"Yeah, where Grant Wilson kills Connor", Bonnie says.

"Wilson's not going to murder Conner, because once you're returned to 2016, there won't be a Wilson or a Connor, at least not as we know them both right now", Rip says.

"Now that we rescued them, let's have that chat", Mick says.

"You want to stay here", Snart says.

"Thought I made that pretty clear", Mick says. "What I'm less clear on is why you don't. A city of thrives and criminals...".

"Sounds like a lot of competition", Snart says.

"Then we wipe them out", Mick says. "What I did to the other guy, we do the same thing to this Grant Wilson and anyone else stupid enough to get in our way. Take a look around, Snart. We're living the dream".

"Yeah. Speaking of which...". Snart knocks Mick out with his gun. "Sleep tight, buddy".

"What happens to him", Rip says.

"Difference of opinion", Snart says.

"Right", Rip says. "We need to get this and Mr. Rory back to the WaveRider".

"Well, hurry up cold", Bonnie says, with a smile.
