"Omg Jade! Calm down!" Jeong-ha whispered. I hadn't noticed how much my leg was tapping as we waited to enter the office.

"I can't! I'm not ready for this," Jeong-ha pats my back looking weary as we inch closer to Loren who greets people as they walk in.

"I already think about him every day but seeing him at work as well? It's too much!" Jeong-ha bit her lip thinking.

"Well think about it this way, there's a high chance that you won't even see him since you work a floor below him!" My posture straightened a little as I processed her words.

She's right. I'm being over dramatic, aren't I?

I took a deep breath nodding at Jeong-ha showing her that I had relaxed.

"And who's to say that he'll even see you right now? there's a lot of people here you might blend in with the crowd," Once again Jeong-ha was right.

Until she wasn't.

As soon as we were about three seconds from being right in Loren's line of vision he turned and looked directly at us. At that moment I wanted to bury my face in my hands but I decided against it. There's literally nothing to be afraid of you'll be fine.

I sent a small smile his way which he returned with a surprised stare. I bit my lip as our eyes locked trying my best to keep my professional composure.

It wasn't long before a smile formed on his face, evidently happy to see me.

"See? I'm telling you Jade that man is in love with you," and just like that my cheeks flared a lovely pink.

Loren saw and raised an eyebrow. I shrugged, unable to hide my smile as we walked past him and into the office.

In love with me?

I couldn't help but stare at Loren as he gave us a tour of Mangaka and co. His voice was smooth and low.

If I was in bed right now and he was talking to me I'd instantly fall asleep. I found myself glancing at his lips whenever I could get the chance to.

Oh gosh I'm in my workplace and all I can think about is his lips...

I hadn't notice that Mrs. Hwang had taken over again until I felt a new presence beside me. As I glanced at him I had to force myself not to throw my arms around him.

He bumped my shoulder a little allowing a genuine smile to grace my face. I wanted nothing more than to revisit the night before when it was just the two of us but I can't. Not here.

Mrs. Hwang had dismissed us and everyone started to make their way back down to the lobby. I walked with Jeong-ha glancing back at Loren who watched as I walked away. I wanted to stay but I feel like that would be inappropriate.

Clearly Loren had other plans because as soon as I was about to walk down the stairs he pulled me away. Jeong-ha shot me a knowing look and continued her way down the stairs.

Loren pulled me back into what I assumed was his personal office. As soon as we were alone he pulled me into a passionate kiss. I couldn't help but melt into it. When we pulled away we were out of breath softly holding onto each other.

"I've wanted to do that since I woke up this morning," I let out a small laugh.

Never in a million years did I think our relationship would grow this fast. So much has happened and I'm truly grateful for all of it because I can feel myself growing happier each day.

I looked around his office. It was relatively messy with sketches scattered here and there along with colorful posters hanging on the walls. The entire room had this warm ambiance to it with dim lighting and creme walls.
