Jeremiah POV

When Cassie was done telling me the story about how she lost her brother. I could see the happiness in her eyes when she was introduced to having a brother.

But that got taken away from her. "You didn't deserve that," Placed a kiss on her forehead.

Then an idea came to mind and I want to ask her tomorrow. Right now I know my mom and her are drunk. So they're staying here today.

I have no idea where Katie is going to sleep. Well, there are a few extra bedrooms, I'll show her later.

Suddenly I noticed that she fell asleep and I decided to stay like this for a while.

"Cassie, where the hell are you?" Hearing her annoying bestie. Then she finds my room and sees us.

She opens her mouth in shock. And takes a quick picture I groan. "Why is she like that? I though-" She stopped cuz my brother was next to her.

He saw me lying next to her and the way she was hugging me. It seemed like he was pissed.

Moving carefully not wanting to wake her up. Closing my door and Kaite was smiling.

"I need to talk to you later." Pointing at her and he nods her head rapidly. She began to walk away very slowly.

"Did you touch her?" My brother is half-yelled. Why would I touch her? I would never do that to her.

"What! Fuck no!" Pushing him away walking downstairs. Once I was down, he shoved me, Katie saw and before I punched him she pushed me away.

"Conrad stop! Don't even start. He didn't even do anything and even IF HE DID. I would know already." Katie says. Maybe she's not that bad.

"So don't get mad for something that you did to her." Knowing what she meant.

I hear him scoff and he went to his room. Grabbing her so we can sit down.

"So she's not an only child?" I needed to see if it was true. "I'm not answering that question. It's not my place to tell." Going on her phone.

Taking it away from her, tossing it across the sofa.

"She told me, the story. About her brother." She turns to see me. "She did?" Looking at me in disbelief.

"Yes," Laying my hands on top of my lap.

"She never told anyone that, only me. She might trust you a lot if she told you that." She explains and she continues to tell me a bit more.

Katie helped Cassie's mom and put her in the room next to my mom. I already laid my mom in her room and kissed her.

"Okay, this is the room you're going to stay in." Walking to the room that she's staying in for today. It was right next to Conrad.

"Right next to him." She fuss. "Yes, right there." Pushing her in.

Before she closed her door she told me something very important.

"Since Cassie told you that. Don't break her trust. I always wanted her to have a brother so she can annoy him. And played with. Love him with all her heart. And also don't tell anyone that she told that cuz if you don't she won't talk to you ever!" Shutting the door.

"I promised," Walking to my room and sleeping on the bed but not too close to her.

Cassie POV

I woke up in an unfamiliar room and had someone else clothes. Turn to my left seeing Jeremiah sleeping. Then I remembered I'm in his room and his clothes since we got wet from the beach.
