*𝘛𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘱 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘤𝘬, 𝘦𝘥𝘥𝘪𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘻𝘰𝘰*
It was 6:30 a.m. when Eddie woke up. Why his body told him to, not sure. But none the less, he was awake. Buck was cuddled into eddies side, and had his head and hand over his chest. While still being out like a light. Eddie loved the sight of waking up next to him. He loved waking up and seeing the man he loves, cuddled with him passed out. He loves just holding him and being there with him. Being with buck makes him happier than anyone he's ever been with. Sure, he loved Shannon. And sure, she brought him an amazing son that he wouldn't trade for the world. But even then, he's still way happier with buck. They've always clicked, since day one. All they did was try to one-up each other to hide their real feelings, and everyone knew it. Even them. Everything with buck is perfect. They know it, and so does everyone else. The two are made for each other. Eddie then Lay's there, and Admireing how adorable buck is. Eddie tried not to move, since he didn't want to wake him up. But he was getting tired of being in the same position. So carefully, he shifted a little bit. And at first, buck didn't wake up. But Eddie carefully moved one last time, and buck then woke up.

"Good morning Mi Amor." I said.

"Good morning baby." he replied.

"Did I wake you up.?"

"No you didn't, I guess my body just told me it was time to get up." buck said tiredly.

"So I guess our bodies wanted us both awake huh.?" I said as I chuckled a little bit.

"Unfortunately, I guess so. I would however still like to be asleep, especially with the day we have ahead of us." buck then laughed at the last part.

"Yeah no kidding, I already know Chris is looking forward to it. And I know I am as well." I said gently and then smiled.

"Me too, i couldn't be happier honestly." buck said with a smile matching eddies.

"Me neither." I said just before I placed a gentle kiss on his lips.
"Buck and I then just smiled at each other and cuddled for a little bit longer, until Chris woke up and barged into our room."

"Wake upppp sleepy heads!! We have to get ready and go to the zoo!!" Chris said excitedly.

"It's only a little after seven." I laughed.
..
"Exactly, we're waisting so much timeee." Chris replied dramatically.

"Buck and I both just laughed."
..
"Okay, how about you wait for us in the living room, and dad and I will be out in a few minutes." Buck said once he was done laughing.

"Okay! Just don't take tooooo long." Chris said then left the room. Buck and I couldn't help but laugh again. I then kissed him one last time, before getting up and getting dressed.

"Do you want me to make breakfast? Or just stop for something on the way?" Buck asked sweetly.

"Whatever you feel like doing, I'm game for just about anything." I said with a smile that never left my face.

"Not helpful edmundo." Buck stated playfully.

"I'll cook breakfast." Buck then said a few minutes later. "Everyone loves it, plus we won't be leaving the house on an empty stomach."

"Sounds good to me." I said.

"Just like that, buck and I were both done getting dressed. So we headed out of our room"

"Hey dad's!" Chris said happily.

"Hey Superman!" Buck said as he picked him up and hugged him, then kissed his forehead. I couldn't help but smile at what I saw.

"Okay, do you want pancakes or French toast for breakfast superman?" Buck asked him.

"Hmmm... French toast!!" Chris said after debating for a few minutes.

"Awesome! I'll go and get started on it" buck said as he walked to the kitchen. I told Chris to watch some tv, and then I decided to head to the kitchen with buck.

"Uhhh hmm... Not that I can think of... But thank you" he replied and looked at me, flashing a smile.

"Butttttt, you could maybe stay in here with me?..." He added.

"Of Course Mi Amor, whatever you want." I said as I smiled at him.

"In fact what if I just..." Was all I said before coming up behind him, and wrapping my arms around his waist.

"Well... I wouldn't say no.." Buck responded. I could tell he was happy, but I'm almost positive he was trying to not let it show.

I don't say anything but I do chuckle a little bit.

"When will breakfast be done?" Chris came into the kitchen and asked.

"Soon superman!" Buck said happily.

"We just wanted to match this morning, and this is one of the only things we have matching. Which needs to change. Buck said and looked at me with a smirk before turning around and talking to Chris again.
"But we aren't going to work today. It's a family day after all. Your dad and I meant it when we said this day is for you."
